best ive had so far! been to many greatsushiplaces in dc/baltimore area but this is by far the best! will recommend to all my friends and family in area

bestsushiin cs. hands down the bestsushiin town! i've tried 4 different places in college station and 40 tempura is by far the best. they present the dishes so well, the taste is phenomenal, and the rolls are big. definitely getting your moneys worth at this place! the service is by far the best i've seen asushirestaurant. my boyfriend and i met up with some friends for dinner the other night (their 1st time to eat there) and they were very impressed! said they would definitely go back. i would recommend 40 tempura to anyone looking for goodsushiand a nice relaxing atmosphere.

food was good, service was good. we had a large party (10 adults, 5 kids), and the food came out at all different times. thesushicame first, and about 45 minutes later, the last person finally got their food. i felt this was unacceptable, and we got little in the way of an apology (a manager never came by). i'd skip this if you have a large group, their kitchen just can't accommodate it.

tell your friends.... nestled into the old lacks shopping center is this wonderful little japanese restaurant. best in town. i'm from houston, and have found bcs's asian food scene a little lacking. however, this place definitely stands out.sushiis great if thats what your looking for, but i branched out and went for the bento, and lest we say, success. congratulations chef, i hope more people find your restaurant. i will definitely return

we came here after looking in the door of a different nearbysushithat just looked too bright. 40 was a more inviting look for a relaxing evening with some wine and great food. we got right in on a busy game day in aggieland and were not disappointed from start to finish. great service, spot on miso soup and vegetable tempura. our 3sushirolls were tasty and fresh! i would highly recommend this spot

some of the bestsushiever. it’s not crowded, as it’s a little bit more pricey in comparison to other places. but it’s good for dates and for quieter dinners.

bestsushiin town! if you're adventurous ask your server for recommendations and always try the specials (especially when it involves blue marlin!). one of our favorite places for any occasion!

this is definitely the bestsushiin college station. i have tried all the other places and this is by far the best. the texan, pandora, aggies, and maui are my favorite rolls! every roll i have tried has been very good. the sashimi is wonderful as well. the gyozas, miso soup, and the seaweed salad are all delicious appetizers! thesushiis not too expensive and the quality is excellent!! if you are looking for good sushi, this is the place to go!!!

hands down, no contest, unequivocally the bestsushii have eaten. that's the food. the restaurant itself had such a great ambiance, between the design, music, and presence of the chef, that it made me feel as if i had suddenly become a higher form of human being.

bestsushiaround. two friends and i ate at 40 tempura on monday night and it was wonderful. the food was delicious and beautifully presented. the waiter was fabulous; you could tell he really enjoyed talking about the food. his recommendations were right on the mark. the seafood was incredibly fresh and prepared perfectly.
the mochi ice cream was outrageous!!!
we will definitely be going back.

my wife and i had never been here and decided to give it a shot. it. was. awesome. great decor, great food, relaxing environment great service, and did i mention, great food? we have added it to our regular rotation and it will be our mainsushispot.

i absolutely lovesushiand this has to be the best i have ever tried! the melting pot roll is delicious. not only is the food incredible but the service is spectacular. i will definitely be back.

i've eaten here twice on my last few trips to the area.sushiis excellent and staff is very friendly and attentive. i've tried several rolls and have liked them all, good selection as well!

easily the bestsushiin b/cs. 40 tempura is easily the bestsushiin b/cs. actually, its better than most of thesushiplaces i've been in austin or houston (and i really like sushi). the location is a little unusual, but i hope it can overcome that.

thesushiis super fresh, the staff is really nice, and the portions are really good. the snow blossom roll is just amazing! they have some pretty unique rolls here but even your everyday rolls are great here. basically everything, including appetizers (try the chicken yakatori), is just great there! i'm so happy we've got a greatsushispot in town now!
