24 carrots natural café & urban juicery

awesome sandwiches and juice. one of the best vegetarian places i have tried in the valley. their black bean burger is great with their homemade 'dragon' sauce. i love their freshly made juices. i have tried almost all of them. the carrot ones are my fav.

24 carrots is a health food cafe/juice and smoothie bar in tempe. it is the perfect place to enjoy a refreshing, nutrient rich meal and juice drink after a long, hot morning hiking the beautiful trails of south mountain.

this place is quite lovely. when i went in there was nobody else there- a pleasant surprise. i got the sample platter, which for the price could have been a bit bigger. the sandwich i got was good, and so was the kale salad. my juice was also tasty. the hummus with carrots was completely bland though, which for a vegan place is totally not okay per my standards (i eat a lot of hummus). maybe i'll try something different next time!

my normal breakfast haunt is rudy's bbq. that being said, i took my wife out to breakfast this morning...you do this stuff to stay married thirty years tomorrow...and their french toast was pretty damn incredible! picture is the after version :-)

brought my husband here who is not vegan/vegetarian but he loved the french toast. yeah! now we can both enjoy 24 carrots together. the staff was very helpful and gracious with my dietary restrictions. the food was so good!

yummy juice choices! the ambiance is nice. the food is truly plain, and bored me.

they use fresh, organic, natural products from the local farming community. it’s a neat little place with some fun decorations. brittany got the harvest veggie quesadilla and i got the stuffed zucchini. wow… i was impressed with my meal and i’m sold on incorporating more vegan dishes in my diet. afterwards, we got some yummy desserts. they bake their desserts without any artificial sweeteners, preservatives, colorings and excess fats. i got the cherry & almond cake with fresh blueberry syrup. seriously.. amazing!

best food, ever!!!. i have been singing your praises ever since my cousin and i got the chance to try your cafe. we were in heaven when we took our first bites off the smokey butternut squash mac & cheese & the sauteed mushroom pizza quesadilla. oh my gosh they were both delicious!!! i could take my meat eating friends here and i'm positive they would love it too. the owner was very sweet and created an incredible hulk green juice for us. we will be coming back at least once a week now that i know they change their menu every week! thank you very much for amazing vegan choices!!! i'm a customer for life :)

awful experience. i was charged way too much money, waited way too long for my food, which was a salad thrown together with pre-cut vegetables, and a sandwich which took even longer. my sister waited for her food for 40 minutes until i was finally able to grab one of the three teenagers working there from the kitchen to tell them and they apparently forgot her order, so they then preceded to make it. it was not worth the wait. and the place was sooo slow- the only other customers there also had one of the things they ordered just forgotten. and i'm pretty sure the woman sitting at the front of the store was the owner just sitting there and chatting. i'm vegan and i must say this place is a sad excuse for a vegan restaurant. the food takes forever and it sucks when it does get there. perhaps the people eating there are used to bad food? i dunno. even the bathroom was falling apart. the only good thing was the green juice i had- they do seem to have some expensive juicers. but still, i am never going back. waste of time and money.

love this place. i'm an athlete, marathoner and a health food nut and normally i can't get food at most places that are yummy and good for me- 24 carrots is the best veg restaurant in the valley. the food is a dream, i've never had anything there that hasn't made me want to lick my plate clean. about the microwave? i've read the owners comments on yelp and it's basically to heat water...ya, way to be picky. you can look into their kitchen and see them making your food- it's amazingly fresh and nutritious. the service has picked up speed and they recently added sunday, and evening hours- i can't wait to be back and i urge you to go too. my favorites are the huevos rancheros and french toast!

not my cup of tea. we went today and i was very dissapointed . there were 2 people in front of us and we had to wait about 45 minutes for our entrees what would have been ok but the pumpkin soup was cold and came after the entrees and so did the drinks the order was wrong and to top it off the microwave was going in the kitchen. how can a restaurant like this advertise healthy food. the food is very expensive for what you get. i will not go back. i have been in many vegan restaurants and they all were really good but not this one.

the juices are wonderful; the burgers terrific; the atmosphere down to earth.

24 carrots is a lovely place to enjoy a healthful, relaxed meal!

flavorful but spicy. i am not a vegan or vegetarian but am on a strict diet so my meal selection is very limited. i ordered the veggie masala burger to go and a vegan brownie. the burger was very spicy but flavorful; although it was hard to enjoy because it was so spicy. the brownie was very good- i am a sweet lover!

the atmosphere was nice and comfy, employees were helpful but they did forget the pineapple salad and pickle that was supposed to come with it.

also, another downer was that it took them about 20mins to fill my to go order and they were out of some key ingredients : (

great alternative!. i am not a vegetarian, but i loved this place! give me a good veggie (or black bean) burger over a greasy, fatty beef patty any day!

the prices are fair, the food is really good (and good for you) and the atmosphere makes it a great place for a casual meal/meeting.

highly recommend!
