nice oldtimeambience. great service. the dj was okayish. the prices are pretty nominal. the restrooms are hygienic and it is in the heart of the city.

it's a nice place to hang out for couples, service is good, ambiance is great, food is ok. the main draw back of this place is the dj,i think he plays song's as a duty. i don't understand who plays full songs for dj. at times, when it's bollywood night, or when other dj's come, it is good but the regular dj is horrible. and, if you visit 10d regularly, you will find the same music playing every singletimeand even in the few hours that you spend there, you can hear a song play at least 3-4 times. i didn't know that music is so limited. also, more than the song, you can only hear the dj shout...who speaks so much in between? it would be a perfect place if the regular dj would be good.

nice place, impressive ambiance, yummy food ...but that doesn't suffice the over all customer service. waiters could be more polite.. and the people who attend inquiry calls could be actually polite enough to not piss off callers by abruptly banging the receiver without confirming if the person has completed his inquiry. once is fine , could be some person who got a bad boss or a bad day but everytimethe same behavior is not appreciated and definitely not expected from such a place ... you guys should pay attention to the minute of details.. when you rise high even the tiniest thing could cause your crash.

10 downing street is one of the most legendary outlets in the city. they have 2-3 branches in the city however i have visited the begumpet branch as the place is close to where i work and i regularly visit the place for lunch with friends and colleagues. the place is located in the ground floor at the lifestyle building. the ambiance of the restaurant is amazing , welcoming and cozy. it's perfect for lunch and even better during matches and weekends during the nights. the staff is courteous and welcoming. talking about the food the place has great lunch combos for every craving whether it be indian, chinese, italian, mexican or american. i recommend every one to visit the place before 4pm to get the lunch combos. the combo has a choice of drink (both soft drink or a cocktail) or soup to be served with your selection of the main course and a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert at rs. 230 for vegetarian combo and rs. 270 for non-veg, making it a great value for money. i recommend everyone to try their lasagna as it is one of the best i have every had, i recommend the chicken tikka lasagna. also, the pink sauce pasta is amazing. for indian lovers, i would recommend dal makhani (veg) and chicken tikka masala (non-veg). in chinese there a variety of combinations to try however i really liked kung pao chicken a lot. the service is good however i feel sometimes it takestimeto serve the food. overall, i feel the restaurant is amazing and the food is a great having a great value for money.

ordered schezwan fried rice and then only plain rice was brought . while asking the waiter first says that schezwan takes 40 minutes to get ready , wonder why dint he say while we ordered.

and then the secondtimesays that we ordered wrongly. please this is not you can treat the customer . please accept the fact that you had taken the order wrongly . get some accountability into your waiters.

the competition is getting fierce in chennai . 10d is not the only place anymore

the best place always for me n my frnd.. especially waiter gavaskar does his best alltimen never disappoints at any cost.. worth for money n happiness... new eve was safe n secured...

i usually love this place but thistimei went after 4 and they gave us the menu but they said that the complimentary drink that they give is not applicable as its not lunch time. i think that's deceiving since it was written on their menu and there was no such clause. and thus the poor rating. also one of their staff was very rude.

when there’s good music and good alcohol, you’re guaranteed to have a goodtimeright? well the music was crappy and they had only signature and antiquity in whiskey. the staffs were very impolite, brought the bill without even asking for it and kept reminding us to pay after every drink. and if you’re going as stag then you don’t get a seat or a table, you’ll have to stand. only couples have that privilege. wasn’t so crappy back then but now the service is pathetic.

on 8th of december i went all excited with a friend who's in the city from a foreign country, being a regular customer of 10d i preferred taking here for lunch here but my hopes were all trashed in a bin! i ordered for a crispy potato with schezwan sauce with coriander rice and my friend ordered for prawns with lemon garlic sauce and garlic rice., the sauce with the potatoes were dead hot and was very very sour, the potatoes might have been coated in egg which was left raw give it a very different taste.. i sent it back and within 3 minutes i get it back which made it pretty obvious that there was just more water and cornflower slurry added to it because the taste thistimewas completely dead.. the waiter after this had no expression on his face as he knew it was actually true and tasted horrible but i survived by eating just the sauteed rice, the exact same story was with the prawns where my friend had just a couple of bites to make me happy and to help me not to feel guilty about it! i request the management to take serious steps towards the downfall of the quality of food being served as its not what i used to it a couple of years before!

this place has been in my mind for quiet sometimenow and i went there last weekend. the place was easy to find and the ambiance really lived up to its london vibe especially with the plush furniture, cozy lighting and the classic books lining up the walls. being teetotalers, my friend and i were focused on the food and opted for a crumb fried chicken starter and for the main course we opted for the soup/dessert combo along with chicken stroganoff and penne white sauce chicken pasta. for dessert we had mango ice cream. the crumb fried chicken was piping hot and nicely crispy on the outside and tender on the inside served with a usual dip. the soup served was a cilantro soup and was piping hot, with a good flavour but needed more seasoning. both the stroganoff and the pasta was usual, well cooked in creamy sauce albeit lacking seasoning. the quantity was more than enough per serving and for dessert, a mango ice cream was served. overall a decent dining experience with good ambiance and reasonable price. will review the drinks menu with the help of another group of friends who drink!

this is one of my first in priority list.service here is terrible and waitingtimeis longer but the combos here made this place successful.best dj music in hyderabad with bollywood mashups.garlic prawns is very tasty.

poor service.the waiter didn't even give us enoughtimeto look through menus and made us order something.i have been to 10d earlier so i can safely say their service gone down the hill now.i will never recommend this place in future to anyone.

service aside, their amazing combos have definitely made 10d one of the most popular places in town.

10d is one of my frequent lunch spots and i’m still surprised that i haven’t reviewed it earlier.
from ambience to food to prices everything about this place is appealing and makes you want to cone back again. i would’ve given them a 4 or 5 but my latest experience was bad so here it is:
the lasttimei visited them i almost died of hunger-like everyone could see my spirit leaving my body, no kidding. they messed up so many times that we were on the verge of stomping out and leaving.
dramatics aside, they really need to hire more staff because nobody likes to wait for 30 mins to get one plate of noodles which tasted similar to the one we get on roadside bandis

i love their shepherds pie, white sauce pasta and noodles with manchurian!

even though they have snails for waiters, i’d still keep coming back here but only for their super affordable food!

great ambience, great staff and soothing experience. food was great, drinks were amazing. great place to spend some qualitytimewith friends or colleagues.
shepherd's pie is a must try for every meat and lasagne lover. it's worth every penny
