horrible service ! the waiter walked up to us saying it’s ladies night and doesn’t mention about any exceptions. at thetimeof billing they charge for all the drinks that we ordered that night. the reason that i receive is “this drink isn’t a part of ladies night” . they charged us for all the damn 4 drinks !!! don’t be fooled by “ladies night” !! worst experience ever !!!!! i would pay extra $$$$ for drinks than vouch for such false waiters and services!

soo.. we went to this on saturday 23rd april around 4pm and they said there was no table available to sit and only at the bar at the reception but when you went inside they were tables available to sit .

we sat and we ordered food and drinks and we were having nicetime+ watching match.

the manager came at 7 pm and said we have to leave as one of the 3 dint have shoes - we informed we have it car and we can wear if required (after 3 hours in the place ) and again after that he asked to vacate the table as it’s already booked - we have not finished with our food and drinks by then

this is one of the worst experience ever had in any restaurant/pub.

i rate 0/5 for the management and will not visit this useless place ever again and inform others about it too!!!

in this day and age where restaurants and hotels are raising the bar (pun not intended) in providing customer delight, its so disappointing to see 'only couple/stag not allowed' rule in 10d - thereby directly discriminating against majority of the section.
assumption is that males will create nuisance, females never do.
every male is expected to have a girlfriend/wife/female companion to have a goodtimeat 10d.

great place to hangout with friends.had a greattimegrooving to music. food was good too. lemon chicken is a must try dish at this place.

at last a nice place to go to in this area. thanks to 10d for opening a branch here. been a longtimeregular goer at lifestyle. glad it’s here now.
been here last weekend, enjoyed food/ drinks and nice ambiance.
apart from birth pangs the restaurant did well to serve huge crowd in the afternoon.

everything about this place is good except how the manager who thinks he's sitting on top of mount olympus. stags are not allowed on the dance floor but they don't say that while you enter. unlike other places where stag entry is charged, this place will outright deny access if you don't have a girl with you or a girl yourself. absolutely insulting experience. just mention it at the point of entry but don't insult your customers when they are inside and after you've billed them. moreover, the manager thoughts it's cool to keep chatting with one of his colleagues while keeping us in the waiting for 15 mins to speak to him about the issue. this was the fifthtimei visited this place and for the firsttimefelt so disgusted and insulted by the behaviour of the manager.

i'm a well known customer of you as i dine here at 10d very frequently only because they serve the best food. we can have luscious food all thetimewhenever we come to 10d thank u for your great hospitality. a new dress code i've observed today and it's just dapper. so great of u. i'm making mytimeonly to let you know how best your place is. thank u again.

ahh it felt like oldtimebar which is usually seen in movies. its surely a crowd puller, been here pretty good times and always find it almost fillled up at anytimelet it be. the food and drinks would never disappoint you. amazing place to catch up with friends. its well know for lasagna and yes its finger licking if you are a lasagna lover.

so first of, my firsttimethere and its the shittiest customer service. the waiter paid a deaf ear to the questions asked and was lethargic af. he would rather gaze at the women who walk in and help them than to serve every other customer. long story short, you are welcome to come here to face the shittiest customer serivce and you have my word.

10d is my alltimefavorite pub ...food & drinks are amazing here ! their lunch combo is very reasonable and also provides a great variety of options to choose from whether it’s indian, chinese or continental ! love the ambience and staff is friendly always willing to give u something new and interesting to try from their bar !

visited 10d last night.group of 6. this was my 5th visit there and the last.

> no coke? seriuosly 10d?

it not only disappointed me.. but it hurt my repute among my group since it was firsttimei brought them to 10d and they all were disappointed.
surely not going to recommend to anyone going forward.

this was the last pub bar that i went with my friends during my last days in chennai. great place with great food. and place was so pocket friendly. crowd was very cool. it seemed like i was sitting in some pub of delhi. great place if you are looking for some greattimeand great joy

good music, well spaced out tables..
went here on a hot afternoon for some beer and food and wasn’t disappointed.
had some of their kf draught beer with a lot of food.. veg pasta alfredo, chicken tikka lasagne, chicken pepper steak, palak paneer & rice..
all the food was served fresh and hot. enjoyed it.

10d has been around for many many years. much before the prosts and the highlifes. it is a much loved place. a usual hangout for me since i used to work at begumpet; i remember skipping work and chilling at 10d and then heading back to office on many occasions. 10d is at the back of the lifestyle building; sometimes it is difficult to get good network inside. the place is really set up like a british pub; which i really like - reminds me of my times in england. the interiors look very nice; it's a place you can sit and chill all day and you won't even knowtimehas passed because you can't see the daylight ending outside. drinks are sometimes cheap (when there are offers) and sometimes as costly as the heartcups and what not. food is good; they have got a range of starters and main courses. i like that they give they ice cream free at the end of a meal. try the lasagna and the shepherd's pie; typically english.

it is thetimeof the year when you start sweating the moment you get out of the shower and i was not keen to venture out of the confines of my house unnecessarily.

my friend convinced me that he would buy me a beer along with lunch and so i had to accompany him to 10 ds.

though it was a week day the place was packed and we were lucky to get the last table.

they have very good combo lunches were you can choose from continental, oriental and indian options along with either a mug of beer or a soup and ice cream. we obviously chose the beer and picked one option from each cuisine to try - chicken stroganoff with rice, baked fish which was served with garlic toast and stir fried vegetables with shezwan fried rice.

everything tasted very good and the price is especially attractive- 260 for a non veg combo and 220 for a veg combo. we were served ice cream at the end with a choice of vanilla or chocolate.
