last friday we went 4 as gang and order kf large deliberately waiter refuses to sale there tie up royal dutch which pint inself cost rs.330 and weorderedmain course 4 items but we got only 3 main courses waiter forgotten about 4th item and when we order for more main course said kitchen closes at 4 pm but time is only 3.20pm by that time and he said only two chef's were there and they left.. worst experience ever.

poor service making me to rethink if i would again want to visit the place. firstly the booking did not take me much struggle even on a sunday so one of my stars goes only for it. secondly the person taking our order was not willing to provide neither me nor my wife with any of the food or drinks which we wanted to order. his only statement which he wanted to speak was “not available sir or it will take a long time to bring the food”. however when weorderedfood, it took just 10 mins to get the food. drinks was fine however we did not get corona beer which is shocking as we went at 2:30 and within 2 hours a renowned place like this tells its customer we are out of beers. is it really helping to build the image or are we concentrating only on specific customers and not all. food main course was average - quality has really fallen. totally disappointing experience today!!!

always loved the food served at this place but was highly disappointed with the service during my last visit. had gone for lunch with my friends to this place after 2 years andorderedfor 2 chicken fried rice with chilli chicken gravy. unfortunately, i was served the wrong dish and it took me a while to guess it. on tasting my friend's food, i realised that i was served chicken kung poa instead of chilli chicken. as a foodie, i was really disappointed. the carelessness of the server had ruined my entire lunching experience.

this place serves good food. we hadorderedcottage cheese (paneer) fried in white sauce and chilly noodles with stirred vegetables as two meals. the food was quite good. i was surprised when ice creams followed the meal. so, for less than ₹300 per person, you get a proper meal with a drink (generally beer or a soft drink) followed by an ice cream (you get to choose the flavour). mocktails and cocktails are very expensive and have to beorderedseparately. i'm not sure if all outlets have the same pricing and meal combos as i remember getting the mocktail/cocktail option as part of the meal in hyderabad. ice cream wasn't part of the meal there though.

been a regular visitor here. went here today for the umpteenth time.
weorderedchicken lasagna, fish & chips and chicken kung pao with fried rice.
lasagna was good. could have been seasoned a bit better.
chicken kung pao with fried rice was good too. quite flavourful.
now the biggest disappointment was the fish n chips. the chips were deep fried and almost burnt to start with. next the fish itself smelt bad. it was almost as if it was a stale fish n not fresh. we order fish n chips every time v came here but this time it was pathetic. minimum the outlet can do is check whether they r serving fresh stuff to customers.
on complaining, the guy who was attending us was kind enough to replace the fish n chips with another lasagna.
overall it was a disappointing experience. wud i go back again? yes. for the lasagna surely.
but please check the quality of food u dish out before serving coz u don't want someone ending up with a bad stomach.
the three stars is for the lovely experiences i had all the previous times other than today.

for some reason i don't know but i happen to visit this on my every birthday 🤣 may be because i don't want to get disappointed on the big day and this is the place that i trust.

as usual visited this place on my birthday and it was karaoke night. wow loved it.

for starters weorderedapollo fish and bhuna hua gosht which were as usual amazing in taste and cooked to perfection.

for main course it was coconut garlic noodles ❤️ a must must try at this place. soft noodles served with white sauce of garlic and coconut which were actually soo good that we saved a portion of it till end so that we eat that up before we wrap up for the day 😋 we alsoorderedchiken pasta which was amazing as well.

some beer to enjoy the good music and dinner made my day a perfect one.

service was slow at the beginning, but then after i told the stewart that we were not being attended he actually stood behind us all the time till we finished our dinner. that's what you expect from your favorite place. a great service.

the place was pretty empty. went there on friday. good ambience, service is bit okay. there is hardly any other good brand of beer available. only kingfisher was available dat too only pint. weorderedchinese platter and white sauce pasta which was total waste.

hadorderedthis many times via swiggy, but this time it was very less quantity and price is also increased. should order this as light snack, quantity is very less for lunch. disappointed. :(

who doesn't know this place? first place comes to my mind when i have to catch up with an old friend. always loved the ambience.orderedthe lasagna like always and tried the chicken pepper steak, it was good too!

first time saw the place not too crowded and without loud music. as it was friday night, there was karaoke but we left before it even started. enjoyed the time and vibe!

have been to this place twice.ordereda mocktail/beer and some snacks.food and service were nice. there was some famous hyderabad dj in house and it was amazing being there though dj was rude when asked to change song.and place is kind of always full so if you want a table outside make sure you reach on time.

it was nice and cosy saturday evening when i got in. had fine cocktails andordered'toasties with hummus'. the toasts were crispy nice but hummus was ok-ish. and then someone went wild and started to crank up the volume slowly. what started as a warm place to drink down your week became a noisy bar. it became hard to even talk. they have limited variety but nice food. i loved the lasagna and the icecream they served (it was a two course combo)
a little more options to the food menu and a lower volume would add another two star to them.
ps: the avg cost for food drinks would 2500-3000 for two so don't be mislead by the 1000bucks listed in zomato

amazing place ! we went for the combos available here ! weorderedchicken steak , chicken stroganoff, chicken lasagna , baked chicken and cheese ! i enjoyed chicken lasagna the most ! amazing ambience ! fast service ! the commbos are pocket friendly too !

had been on a saturday night.. quite a chilled out place.. the dj was awesome at this place.. we had a gala time for the music.. a decent crowd.. however the backside couch area was kind of secluded.. bar area has no sitting.. ambience is quite good and service is also very good..
coming to food and drinks we hadordereda cocktail which was a perfect blend of all the mentioned spirits.. food is only finger food available.. no main course.. but quite a good taste must say.. do try chinese non veg platter..

amazing drinks, loved them all😉😉. one of the drinks (mixture of tequila, vodka and baileys) was amazing. it’s got a different name. see it under “her majesty’s shooters”
