10 downing street

we called before coming here and they said happy hours was till 7pm. after coming here they denied it. after showing them the call details they agreed to happy hours till 6.45. we ordered 1 beer each and after that when we tried ordering more they denied serving any moredrinkstill we complete the first one. the manager was very rude and misbehaved with us and clearly agreed that it's just a tactic to get more money. very poor service never going back.

there happy hours is a pretense. denied servingdrinksunless we completed the one already ordered which was just 1 beer each. so if you are coming at 6 and think that you'd order couple ofdrinksby 7 and then have them slowly you will not have that option. first ever pub that's said we cannot order more than one drink at once. they are fooling customers this way and cutting down on the happy hours advantage. manager is arrogant and unwilling to talk. clearly said this is 'our' terms and conditions, take it or leave.

visited this place for dinner,but after 15 mins i felt like getting out of this place just because i found this place to be way too loud.wanted to have a proper dinner but just had pasta &drinksto leave out early.rest assured it's a happening place.the vibe is really cool.if you are cool with too loud places then you will love it.i got a headache!!

super place to have the most delicious food in the city. incredible service given by the staff as always. the only place my family wish to be here every weekend. manager prathap welcomes us with a broad smile and provides us with all the comforts as a family person. 10d is like my near and dearest place as all the waiters and manager gives us absolutely great service. 10d begumpet should be the luckiest to have such staff. food is delicious enough. jayeesh makes crazydrinksfor us. he's so innovative and gives great look and taste to thedrinkstoo. 10d premises is getting into some paint work but still manager prathap had made us to sit in a very comfortable place where we felt absolute perfect in our seating. thanks to the best ever service at 10d, begumpet.

i enjoyed my lunch yesterday at 10d. i do visit here frequently. it's my all time favourite place to enjoy the food and drinks. some polish work is going on here at 10d, though their service didn't curtail at all. they are as usual perfect in their service and they made us feel comfortable. all the staff have looked after our needs in no time. they really never disappoint us. instead they work much harder to reach our expectations. and the best food anddrinkswere provided for us. though some work is going on here still there's no refrain to give us their best service.

it's my all time favorite place to have food at 10 downing street. i've ordered for malai broccoli. the look was exquisite and it tasted excellent. the management and service men are asset to 10 downing street. their service never disappoint us. and all thedrinksare simply awesome. i get refreshed after i have good food time here.

awesome ambience, well courteous staff it was beautiful evening arranged by 10 downing street for v day. hygiene and safety measures were maintained well. awesome food and drinks. hookah variety needs to be more options.

cons: hardly you will find anything. crowd is good. for some it may feel like costly. pocket punch on avg 4000/- for two withdrinksand hookah.

we visited yesterday, ambiance and food quality is good. but the quantity is very less. we ordered pub lunch. though the price seems to be affordable for these kind of offers, but the portion we got for main course was very less. i don't think it will be a good option if someone wants to enjoy the food drink and dessert together . another bad thing is , noodles , rice , roti etc not available in a la carté option. these are only available for publucn with very small quantity. we ordered two starters including chicken 65 from the food menu. they were amezing in taste and quantity also good. the mocktail we ordered from bar menu was also good in size and taste. but the cocktail we got in publunch was not good. sorry but pub lunch is a no no option for me . most important thing is service . service was not good. the table was very small . so every time we finished one course, we have asked for the staffs to clean the table for space . but they were delaying . and also , sometimes either they forgot to give the fork or spoon. they even forgot to give us the water. for a pub lucn menu we requested the waiter to serve the food . but he replied " serving is not allowed for pub lunch". i don't know what kind of rule is this.
btw. ambiance is good. it gives good vibes. if someone wants to go only for snacks anddrinksand chill out, it good for this. but i will recommend to avoid pub lunch.

the food menu is not good enough. the staffs are not cooperative. if you are looking just for a vast range ofdrinksthis is the place to be. otherwise it's very basic.

the manager was extremely rude. doesn't know how to interact with women. they billed us for extradrinksand had no cctv footage to show when we retaliated on their bluff. no one wants to feel cheated. i had suggest checking out another place in sector 5 and keeping the tab on the drinks. they definitely need to get their services in order and billing in place. we were billed for 4 extradrinkswhich we never had

went their for birthday, was amazed by the special birthday offer and overall the service was really great. liked thedrinksas well

on my parents 36th anniversary i took them to 10 downing street and we were so impressed!! the food,drinksand the sheesha were amazing!
we ordered liit margherita and beers! for food we ordered the non veg platter (continental), grilled fish and chicken lasagna! all of them tasted amazingg!
the service was really nice and mr. dilip samanta helped us a lot to go through the menu and help us order the best of the best!
i highly recommend everyone to come here to celebrate their special occasions.
ps. all covid norms were followed! no complaints about that!

the ambience was very nice. also the staff behaviour and service. we went on a weekday afternoon, the background music was soothing and the most attractive part was the central bar. food,drinksand mocktails are all very economic.

the service, food,drinksand price point were perfect. the music was erratic and had no sync. they played some random hindi number and then some 80s english number all together. what bothered me the most were the mysogynist quotes in the smoking room. they weren't even funny.
i would like to see them removed next time before i visit again.
