a very average experience. the place was empty on a wednesday evening. the service was slow and to add to it the bearer was advising us, something like have the first beer bottoms up and the second one slowly. never a fan of unsolicited advice. the food was poor and they had only peanuts as the kitchen would open only at 8 after the happy hours. to add insult to injury, the peanuts are charged at 150 bucks a bowl. never going back

amazing place! the atmosphere is absolutely electrifying, especially on thursdays, which are karaoke nights. the crowd is decent and the staff is very polite! 5/5 stars!

it is the time of the year when you start sweating the moment you get out of the shower and i was not keen to venture out of the confines of my house unnecessarily.

my friend convinced me that he would buy me a beer along with lunch and so i had to accompany him to 10 ds.

though it was a week day the place was packed and we were lucky to get the last table.

they have very good combo lunches were you can choose from continental, oriental and indian options along with either a mug of beer or a soup and ice cream. we obviously chose the beer and picked one option from each cuisine to try - chicken stroganoff with rice, baked fish which was served with garlic toast and stir fried vegetables with shezwan fried rice.

everything tasted very good and the price is especially attractive- 260 for a non veg combo and 220 for a veg combo. we were served ice cream at the end with a choice of vanilla or chocolate.

taste at its worst

we went there for a group lunch. food was pretty good.. we took the set menu of one drink, one entree and one dessert. was not disappointed at all. had a good time.

this place is equally good to the 10 downing street in other cities.
it was our first time in chennai at a club and it was a nice experience. we went for a kingfisher tower since foreign liquor wasn't available. they serve it with a complimentary fries. the quantity was good and the ambience was great too.
in terms of food, it wasn't much fancy. we ordered few things - chilli potato, stuffed mushrooms, paneer tikka, cheese balls. potato and cheese balls were good. there is lot of scope of improvement in mushrooms and paneer tikka.
the music was simply great. we went on a saturday night and it was a mix of hindi, english and punjabi music which was perfect.
the guy who was attending to us was a bit pushy otherwise quick with service.
won't mind revisiting this place again!

10 d as it is nicknamed by regulars happens to be one of my favorite pubs in chennai.
i have visited this pub several times in the past yet i got down to penning a review for it just now.
yesterday saw me visit 10d for lunch with my gang of friends and the place was packed  but luckily we got a private room where we could chat and eat in privacy and comfort.
the atmosphere is that ofan english pub with dark,pannelled walls and authentic knick knacks like books adding to the atmosphere.
they have seating with high chairs and booth arrangements.
they serve combo meals which are good value priced at es220 for vegetarian and es 260 on wards for n.v. which explains the crows throngign the place on a weekday .
you can select a beer or cold drink.soup of the day a main course (oriental,continental,indian)and ice cream.
yesterday we went for the shepherd's pie, a best seller there.
this is made with chicken mince instead of lamb and tastes so good.
we also got baked fish,stir fired chicken with veggies served with a burnt garlic fried rice.these were all the different dishes ordered by us as part of the combo and we all shared them.
everything tasted good and the portion sizes were adequate.
we finished off with a combo of chocolate and vanilla scoops which wre the 2 flavours on offer that day.
my review score is based on my previous visits here where i have gone for dinner and also attended private parties where they cordon off an entire section for the party and you can celebrate in style.
the starters which i would recommend are honey chicken which is a yummy chinese style dry starter ,steamed fish roulade which is tasty and healthy and their paneer and chicken kababs.
iam a teetotaler ,so i normally go for their virgin mojitos( yes iam boring and safe!) but my friends have totally relished their cocktails especially their long island ice teas which a couple of my buddies swear are the best in town!

this place is just so amazing! music is so good. it gives me a feel of a typical english bar. love the ambiance. the staff is also very courteous and warm. & the best thing is the food here! i strongly recommend chicken pepper steak,bbq chicken, (it's my personal favourite!) the combos are pretty decent, reasonable as well as delicious. all in all, it's a good place to hang out with friends.

at first i was bit sceptical about the food but to my surprise the food was really good and the enjoyed a lot with my buddie to the core.. so thumbs up

the ambiance of this place is just lit. it had a really nice vibe. the music and dj were just perfect. the staff was courteous. we ordered the non veg platter and chicken lasagna. food was very delicious. must try place.

great ambiance and wide varieties of food and drinks. combo packs are good. pocket friendly and a good place for stress relief. located in the centre of the city. good service, but sometimes take a bit of time.

the review page in zomato wants me to be polite and friendly. ha ha. i can only say that folks at this place will treat you based on how much you can spend and tip them. i went alone and i asked for a table for one. they told i will have to find one. i got a table near the dj guy. sitting next to me was a regular who was having a good time with his friends. i raised my hand and the waiter said he will attend me shortly. they were more interested in serving the guy next to me who was having cash on his hand and tipping them.none bothered to ask what i want. after waiting for over 15 mins i had a talk with the cashier and wanted to escalate this to manager who was no where to be found and they simply didn't care. i will never go to this place nor would i recommend.

okay, this one was long due. i happened to visit this place when i was in kolkata for durga puja last year and since my visit this place has been favourite on the list. the vibe of this place is amazing and the staff is friendly. upon entering the restaurant, what i really loved was the subtle yet classy decor and how i can forget that beautiful chandelier! there was a separate room for those who wished to smoke making the seating area clear of smoke which gene annoys the customers a bit. though it wasn’t that crowded as many were busy hopping pandals. we had ordered for a portion golden fried prawns in beer batter😋😋, kung pao chicken and hakka noodles if i remember it correctly. the beer battered prawns took my heart away. it was that damn delicious. i can still feel the taste on my tongue. the chicken dish and the noodles were light and delicious. overall i really enjoyed my time there. it’s a must go to place if you are want to chill out with your friends. would surely visit this place, the next time i visit kolkata.
