zorba's greek restaurant

ordered delivery and a total waste of $57 with tip. ordered the seafood platter containing two shrimp, 4 scallops and white fish. the white fish was ok but the rest lacked taste. my wife ordered the salad with meat, one small dressing. the seafood didn't come with tarter sauce or shrimp sauce . disappointed

double-check your take-out orders!!! phoned ahead for pick-up, but did not receive what i ordered! luckily, i still had some leftovers in the fridge for dinner. my dogs seemed to like their food, though!

the food here is good and i love their salad and sub..from a scale from 1 -10 i give it a 10..the waitress and hostess were so very extra nice..in addition to it being good , the food is plentiful...

i have been going to zorba's for as long as i can remember. my kids have grown up on zorba's. during my 21 years with a prominent food provider as a sales person, i have had the honor in serving this customer with the best ingredients available to them. by no means to they cook from the can, i know from first hand knowledge. i have never had a bad meal and the service  has always been good. the only thing i can say on a negative is i don't go there enough. especially greek night! opa!!!

zorba's has been around forever. always good, always fun. they pack 'em in and for good reason!

had the greek salad for lunch. lots of fresh spinach leaves mixed in and they're not stingy with the feta or the greek peppers.

great for lunch, dinner, family, or a date. zorba's rocks!

my favorite greek place, anywhere! zorba's isn't fancy, but it's delicious and very reasonably priced, especially the lunch combos. they have the best honey mustard on the planet. try the homemade baklava! the pizzas are super cheesy, but delicious and worth the wait they take to bake. get the steak and chicken combo at lunch. but really, everything's good!

love it. i have been eating a zorba's for 30 years and never been disappointed. we were on our way from clemson to rock hill a couple of weeks ago and went 100 miles out of the way just to go to zorbas.

corrections. i went there today with a friend . i must say the food and service was excellent ☺ i will return there soon. the prices were affordable for the lunch period.try this you will be quite impressed.

oops! wrong location - this review is for the broad river road location. maybe the pizza is good but........ the greek salad is just lettuce, a couple of olives, some tomato, feta, and salad dressing that is mostly oil. publix actually makes a much better greek salad that zorba's. ladies bathroom was really dirty and just run down. wait staff is hit and miss. it could be so much better than it is. the owner needs to come in and eat something other than pizza. seriously, overpriced, poor wine selection, not particularly clean.

our favorite. i came here to review the menu as we were thinking of getting an appetizer or two to-go to supplement our leftover pastichio from the greek festival. to my amazement, i see that i have never reviewed this restaurant that we have been coming to for over 30 years. we visit about twice a month or so and have rarely had anything to complain about. the service is always great, and the kooky decor only adds to it's local charm. almost without exception, their portions are so large that i have enough left for a meal the next day. their large salads, although not my personal favorite, are famous for their size and popularity. their pizza is the best in columbia, in my opinion, but only if you like cheese. of their pizzas, the greek pizza is just scrumptious, but only if you like feta. if i had to pick a favorite for value and taste, it would have to be a draw between their beef souvlaki platter and their gyro platter. their greek potatoes are now excellent thanks to a recipe change quite some time ago. we love mediterranean food, and have been to every greek or mediterranean or lebanese or syrian restaurant in columbia. some are more "gourmet" than zorba's and i love them. but for a great blend of greek and italian with super value, convenience, and local flavor nothing beats zorba's in our eyes.

great experience. we reserved the "party room" to celebrate our two year old's birthday with family and friends. the kids ran around a little bit without bothering anyone, the service was great and the food was excellent. i would highly recommend. we had a great experience.

rude. we walked in for lunch and didn't know if it was open seating or not. there were 3 people at the desk, two teenagers and an older lady...none of them even looked up from their own personal conversation to acknowledge us. i said "hello" about 5 times before they looked up. we left. not giving rude people like that our money.

the best around!!!. the family and i had dinner here last night. yesterday was zoo member night at riverbanks, the family and i knew who was cooking dinner. food was the absolute best as usual. my only complaint is that i live an hour and a half away. my 8 year old daughter asked why this is my favorite restaurant in columbia....my answer was that i had been coming here since i was a kid......i'm 40 now. i told her that i cannot ever remember a time that my meal was bad or my folks or other family complain. love this place!

the best..... the best....souvlaki, gyro, and zorba's special salad in columbia. my family and i will drive from rock hill (1.5 hours away) to eat here every other saturday night. excellent food and excellent service!

love it! the pizza and greek salads never disappoint. we had a special a few years ago called chicken mattey and i would eat here more if this was on the regular menu! it was awesome. would love the recipe!
