broasted chicken. this is my usual order, before 11p! the broasting process is pressure cooker + deep frier + chicken in a thin batter = crispy battered chicken that holds it's juicy moisture and the batter doesn't come off when you bite into it.
you wait 15 minutes for your order, and it's worth the wait. i loved the broasted potato wedges, but they fell apart as they cooled, so enjoy them piping hot or order the side salad.
they have multiple variations of this order, from one breast to 200 for an event, however hungry you are, you can wait 15 more minutes! your patience will be rewarded with the best chicken i've ever tasted from a fryer.
