i've always been impressed with zaza because of how well they recreate authentic cuban dishes.  true, they aren't perfect, but for a chain style restaurant, i think they offer a great option to get that quick cuban fix.  usually, the locations are bright, modern, and a joy to be in.  this particular location is a bit of an ugly duckling.  the building itself looks to be like an old gas station. the bathrooms are tiny, and have not been refinished; and they have that slight sewer smell to them.  the interior of this location also lacks all the modern pizzazz of the other locations.  all in all, though, the food is still as good.

the food was fantastic! there were five of us...we weren't to sure what to think at first because there were no cars in the parking lot...definitely don't judge a book by its cover. i ordered the palomilla and it was so flavorful, i got black beans and white rice and tostones....also very good. the platter also comes with cuban bread and mojo sauce...both delicious too. everyone liked what they ordered so it wasnt just me. bottom line the food was excellent!

i love yayas. this is my favorite restaurant in orlando. it is definitely a little hole in the wall place but it is clean and their food is incredible. it is authentic and the portions are great. they have the best cafe con leche in orlando (it is always super fresh and hot) and it goes perfectly with any item from their variety of freshly baked goodies. the people are very nice and it has a family type atmosphere. they do have very limited seating and are almost always busy so i usually take it to go. they do not have table service but they are more than happy to help you with anything you need. i highly recommend this place to all of my friends. do yourself a favor and go check it out. me encanta!

completely yummy. best cuban food i've ever had. satisfying lunch of grilled fish, salad, plantains, congria (rice/black beans mix). healthy, fresh, nicely seasoned, moderately priced.

tried it for lunch. i was craving a cuban sandwich. so i got the cubano sandwich (cuban) and a side of fries. the sandwich was good, tasted the pork and ham. the cuban bread was toasted right. the fries, well i didn't like them. i should have gotten the beans and rice (duh). i will go back for the sandwich and to try other items on the menu.

brought here by some local friends who claim it's the best cuban food in the area.  had a great cuban sandwich and some coffee.  a great start to our day and a nice change from the theme park food.

great little diner. breakfast is what you expect, eggs, bacon but then you get a switch up like pressed cuban bread instead of toast. our family got 2 - 2 eggs specials, a cuban sandwich & a breakfast sandwich. the cuban was delicious. the pickles tasted homemade and the roast pork was delicious. you get 9 choices of sides. i got the congri (beans and rice) with the cuban and it was delicious but a tad dry. seating is quite limited so don't expect to sit a big party.

it's hard to find good cuban food here in orlando especially since i am from miami. this is the only one that meets my needs!! soooo amazing. you guys have to try the vaca frita!

by far the very best cuban food around. when i was looking for a new place to live, the proximity to this great place helped influence my choice. i love having people try their sandwiches, black bean soup, amazing coffee, and quesitos; turning them into zaza's converts.

great addition to airport us air terminal. best coffee con leche
coffee is so good i bought 2 bags so i can enjoy at home.
breakfast sandwich great too.

what a treat. wish we had a zaza in minnesota. the only reason we won't be back in the near future is that our flight leaves in the morning. the service was fast and friendly and the food delicious. hope my memories of the deliciousness keep me going until we come back to florida! i had the media moche, tostones, and empanadas. yummy!!!
