good shawarma however really bad roasted chicken. the chicken was frozen and did not taste good at all. hummus was ok, not great, a bit too sour.

food was very ordinary, we have eaten much better shwarmas from street shops. our instructions to make chicken well done were not followed. nor was the request to make food spicy followed. very disappointed with the experience. your chef is doing you a great disservice. never going to order again.

normally i am not fussy about the food but the beef shawarma i ordered was horrible and had to throw it away. it tasted bad and the meat was also not good and i had to order something else. dont ever eat shawarma from here

normally i am not fussy on the food but i had the beef shawarma from here and it is one of the worst shawarma i had, even a cafeteria guy can make a better shawarma then this. i literally had to order something else.

we ordered chicken shawarma and chicken shish tawook sandwiches among other things. it smelled and tasted aweful.

the meal turned up cold, the falafel was like coal, dry and hard, the stuffed falafal was burnt, the salad was old and distressed, the bread was cold and like rubber. disgusting.

we ordered food from zaroob, it's one of the best places for arabic food. i ordered falafel, fattoush (had to be, they do it the best), classic hummus (again their speciality) and lastly spinach manoushe. they did add cheese to spinach manoushe as requested. they have absolutely nailed falafel, fattoush and hummus. so those are must haves. but they didn't send any fresh bread - which i was so looking forward to have. they didn't have it on their online menu, nor did they send it with hummus. they did add regular khubus which comes in packets.

i ordered the food at 12pm which said 60 minutes (so basically had to be delivered by 1pm). received the food at 1.55pm after calling the restaurant and messaging zomato. this is the third and probably the last time i am ordering from zaroob dubai marina.
