delicious food, specially bindi gosh, tawa mushakkal and juices. service was really good, specially bashaa was excellent. very good atmosphere.

we were very happily served by mani kandan, he also suggested signature dishes. most importantly he did come back to ask our feedback.

i am writing to express my gratitude for the service offer by mr. ghouse basha on 7th aug when i visited your zaitoon restaurant-salwa road along with my family.

you have definitely won me as one of your permanent customers and i would love to recommend your restaurant to my acquaintances. the atmosphere inside the restaurant was very soothing and relaxing. beautiful interior and wonderful and accurately placed lighting system - neither too bright nor too dim make this place a perfect spot for celebrations. the taste of the food was just out of the world. allow me to say that you made me nostalgic as the food tasted similar to what my mother cooks for me back at home, though this made me miss my home and mother more!

however, i have a suggestion to make. you may think of introducing some discount cards or offer some corporate discounts to the people of the nearby area. this, i believe, would make our dine-outs more pocket-friendly.

i hope that you would consider this suggestion. once again, big thanks to you and your staff specially to mr. ghouse basha

food is really awesome, main thing i like here is that customers are taken care as per their personal taste. friendly staffs with immediate response. i love their salad specially chicken hawaiian salad and chicken grill salad. current favourite is al-faham dajjaj. still discovering more.
i want you guys to introduce one special dish called “ragi mudde” which is super healthy. i have shared some ideas to mr. basha plz try once it will be ur one n only unique dish.

the food was amazing and the servers, specifically basah, were extremely friendly and helpful! the lamb guldasta and chicken tikka masala were our favorites.

it's my fifth visit and now forever i will keep eating in this great restaurant thanks for manikandan for his hospitality and help for selecting great and tasty food he's a professional one and thanks for the whole staff

the new outlet at salwa road is spacious, clean and has a very good ambience. the staff were very warm and courteous. always been a fan of zaitoon special bbq. did try the kizhi beef this time and it turned out super delicious. the captain mr.basha was very attentive and he made sure we were comfortable. we were so annoyed with the salwa road mra's service. so glad zaitoon is here. kudos to the team for putting up a great service. cheers!!!

zaitoon has always been favorite joint among indian restaurants. and with new spacious location, the waiting period is less, especially during weekends. however, parking space is a challenge.

moving to their dishes, the zaitoon special bbq has always been top favorite. chicken xacuti is another favorite among chicken curry. and last but surely not the least, the malabaris fish biryani is a must try. tried sizzling brownie with hot chocolate for dessert and it was not bad.

staff are courteous and provide good service. was attended by mr basha in our last trip and he was kind enough to assist us throughout. will visit again with family soon.

we have always enjoyed meals at zaitoon and tried this new outlet on salwa road recently too. loved their tawa mushakkal (platter of pan-fried chicken, lamb, fish and prawns) and our favorite beef kizhi with malabar porotta... topped off the delicious meal with rose falooda and samovar chai. reasonably priced and great value for money...

this new branch of zaitoon is really big,spacious, bright and clean. even though there is not much of a private parking space, we can park along the side of the road. quality and quantity of food is consistent with the other branch. good service from the staff.

excellent, quality indian food and very nice ambiance. grills were little oily which may be taken care. mr. basha served us, was so polite and offered excellent service. shoji.

always i used to go chennai branch in india but here i was expecting the same and went 2days back for dinner totaly disappointed... hummus and al faham chicken was very poor in taste.... 👎👎👎👎

nice resturant.. opened newly. i visited first their salata branch liked the food. yesterday went to salwa branch (new opened) good interiors.

the zaitoon barbeque was spicy and good. malai kabab was tender and tasty. we even tried dal sultani and lamb kadhai.. the portion of lamb kadai is small but the meat was well cooked.

ras malai was out desert and its was great.

the waiter was good enough to ask our review on food.
based on the two experience in two branches i think its a good place to visit.

just like their other branches the ambiance, style, setting and food are all impeccable. the grills,tawa items, curries and rice items all are very tasty and flavorfull. particularly chicken items were good, well above our expectations. service was impressively courtoeus. they got a good party hall and buffet area. must try items are zaitoon spl bbq, tandoori platter, chennai biriyani and thalassey biriyani.
