challah puffs. so delicious. must try = the jalapeño and cream cheese puff. the perfect bite! (well i had 2 actually!). the atmosphere is excellent and they have wi-fi. the downside- getting the timing right- we just beat a huge line at about 9am on a sunday.

very good. i ordered the vegan burrito and it was excellent. the service was very good. interior was rough in a good way.

all in all a very easy place to get a decent breakfast.

sad i moved from ghent. and cant have yorgo's more often! my husband and i moved from ghent to buy a house and we used to get yorgo's all the time. now we have to make a special trip to norfolk for our weekend bagel supply. the selection is amazing and i can take my vegan friends from out of town and they love it.

going to give a second chance. so i'm from charlottesville, the home of bodos bagels. if you have ever been there and had bodos bagels you know that the odds of finding a better bagel place are pretty slim. my boyfriend and i moved here this summer and we noticed yorgo's bageldashery. i was honestly really hoping that they would at least be decent. i asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese and tomatoe. i got a plain bagel.... it was, as expected, nothing compared to bodos. but i have decided to give them another chance because number one, my boyfriend asked for the bagels to be toasted (he doesn't know any better) and number two it says that they are a new york style bagel bakery. so i am really hoping that they will surprise me next time i go in there. i'll just make sure to let them know what happend last time.

i love this place!. yorgos is such a neat place to eat. the selection seems endless (almost too much to chose from) and the bagels are a delight. a little pricey (3 bagels, 2 drinks 15 bucks) but overall a great place. parking can be a pain but service is friendly and place is overall very clean.

the food is fun, comforting and yummy. i like eating at busy restaurants because i know the food is fresher that way and with an almost constant line out the door, yorgo's meets that description. the staff is always kind and they move things quickly. breakfast or lunch it's the best in the area. its a vegan and vegetarian creative wonderland! my kids ask for it weekly, i am thankful for the affordable prices so i never disappoint them!

amazing. as a vegan, the options and quality are unbelievably good. i love how my non vegan friends enjoy not only their food options, but trying the vegan food too.
the tofu egg salad on a toasted everything bagel is delicious. i adore everything about yorgo. go!!!!!

best vegan food in hampton roads. yorgo's has the most sublime vegan food, breakfast and lunch. this is stuff that's meant to be vegan, not just accidentally vegan. i'm completely obsessed with the tempeh blt and vegan chocolate chip cookies.

famous for their "new york style kosher water bagels", yorgo's has been a popular spot in norfolk for years. previously they had a location on plume street downtown, which lead to many morning meetings with yorgo's bagels. this location has been closed for a while now, and i had not been to yorgo's in ages. the truth is, i could live quite happily if i never ate another bagel. they just don't excite me. so when alex suggested yorgo's for lunch last friday, i was hesitant. does yorgo's have any other offerings worth the effort? yorgo's ghent location on colonial avenue is a bit of a logistical challenge at lunchtime. located directly on the street with 3-4 parking spaces out front, you will most likely have to park across the street or down 20th street and walk. no biggie, just awkward. the interior has a definite deli vibe. there is the usual counter, chalkboard menu, and upright up cooler of drinks. there is also

i always take out. i don't think i have ever eaten in, but have often ordered bagels to take out. they are the best in hampton roads and always fresh. usually i will take a dozen home along with one or two of their menu sandwiches, the lox and cream cheese is my favorite.

why not eat in? i don't know, really. but, it is a bit crowded and the noise level is loud for such a small place. but the bagels, oh my! they are great, as are the spreads available to purchase as well.

best bagels in hampton roads. great staff, terrific bagels, generous portions. my only criticism is that a couple years ago, they went from delicious bacon strips to these awfully bland, rubbery bacon patties. it's the reason i don't eat there nearly as much as i used to.
