xochi bar and kitchen

i had been to this place xochi in bellandur few days back and i must say it was amazing. find my detailed review below:

🔺ambience: it has 2 floors and the place is quite big with decent ambience. it's suitable for a big group of people and also for private lunch/dining.

🔺service: service was quick and the staff here were courteous.

🔺food and drinks : we had few mocktails and shooters

🔸moctails :
spice lemon punch : this was a spicy mocktail with tangy flavour of lemon n spiciness. i loved this mocktail the most. if u love spicy moctails then this is must try.

ginger berry: this mocktail was awesome both in looks and taste it had the flavours of raspberries and candy. it was refreshing n nice.

food :
starters: crispy lotus stem- it was sweet in taste just like honey chilli potato but lotus stem was crispy and had a good taste.
fiery babycorn: spicy babycorn manchurian kind of a dish
veg momos: this looked so colorful which was made of beetroot extracts and tasted awesome.

main course :butter naan,garlic naan, dum handi subzi

desserts:chocolate divine, blueberry cheesecake

for all the mutton lover, this is the right place to come. prosenjit viswas was very helpful.

good ambience and excellent service by bahubali. starters were okay. had ordered crispy baby corn, spring roll and crispy corn. tasted average but the spring roll was too oily and definitely not a recommendation. veggies in palak saag was really good, complimented well with garlic butter naan.

went to this place for dinner and experienced great hospitality from the manager- ajit. we had really ‘yum’ basil chicken and black pepper mushrooms and baby corns, with beer. the food was delicious, ambience was nice with really good table service.

located opposite to the central mall. this place is very spacious with good vehicle parking facilities. it’s a place of celebration. it’s a place where you want to celebrate your special events like birthdays and anniversaries. spacious ambience is what makes you feel so good when you enter the place.
coming to the drinks the spiced lemon punch was really nice. they infuse it with pickle and the taste shows up in the drink. if you are a fan of white rum then you can try hade’s drink.
they have a few unique dishes in there. one of them is crispy lotus stem. just loved it. as the name says, it was full of crisp. it was a mix of sweet and spice and crispiness. another one is water chestnut and bamboo shooters. it was really good.
tofu chilli paneer was very soft. it’s one of those which melts in your mouth.
vegetable crystal dumplings comes in a box and is of the colour of beet root and was really good.
vegetable and cottage cheese satay and crispy corn was good too.
vegetable cottage cheese satay had bit of spiciness to it. if you love spicy starters then it’s a must for you.
what about burmese khow suey!! i tried it for the very first time. the coconut based curry added to my noodles was really really good.
they have cheesecake in their desserts. chocolate divine was the show stealer in desserts. it had a good balance of sweetness and chocolate. as name says, it was divine.
overall an amazing experience. loved everything about this place. may be a dance floor would have added more to it but nevertheless it’s a must visit place. visit with your near and dear ones and enjoy the place and the food.

ambience looks pleasant and cool area no words to say abt it to have cocktails and mocktails u get variety of flavours of cocktails, which we tried it like blue splash chocoloco and one more spiced lemon punch it’s tasted amazing like spicy with lemon flavours loved it and with starters it’s delicious the tofu chilli was softly cooked and tasted great i liked it most and panner tikka tasted amazing the spice and too i tried it in other place but dis was different way cooked some other starters like crispy lotus stem and crispy water chestnuts & bamboo shots both looks different and tasty and it’s made of plant stems tasted different too
and you have to must try this crystal dimsum the stuffing was veggie nicely chopped and cooked i loved it most lovely , i had tried some other places but dis was amazing i didn’t get smell of vegetables dis i personally loved it mostly burmese khow suey looks different the noodle was cooked and the ingredients which we have to mix it by us only looks amazing the picture of dish 😂
and the naan and subzi was ultimate it was delicious too and last not but least desserts never miss it the chocolate divine cake and blueberry cheese cake was lovely can’t forget the taste of it so soft and yummy 🤤 plz do try this dessert too
i totally recommend the place to visit and enjoy the ambience and spend some time with your loved ones and enjoy the variety of drinks..

very disappointed. went there to celebrate an important family event with guests. shocked to be served a fly with honey chilly potato. staff had nothing else to say but just sorry. they didnt even offer a replacement dish, discount etc. not that it would have compensated for the unhygiene but shows the attitude towards customers. embarrasing moment for me in front of guests.

a lovely spacious restobar located on the busy bellandur main road offering delectable food, peaceful ambience, great music and a range of amazing cocktails. though it is located on the main road, you are cut off from all the noise and bustle. there is ample parking space available and the whole place is adorned by plants making it beautiful. it has two levels and a smoking area with comfortable seating.

coming to food and beverages, the menu has an array of indian, pan asian and continental vegetarian and non vegetarian food, range of mocktails and cocktails, imfl, wine and beer.

for starters,
- tofu chilli pepper - tofu was of outstanding quality and tasted yummy
- crispy lotus stem - crunchy and good starter with your drink. a little too sweet for my palette
- crispy water chestnuts and bambooshoot - cooked to perfection with a right balance of flavour
- mutton sheekh kebab - melt in the mouth, spiced with indian herbs and cooked to perfection
- vegetable crystal dimsums - tasted as good as it looked. delicate and delicious
- vegetable and cottage cheese satay - served with peanut sauce. gone in 5 seconds 😁

for mains,
dum handi sabzi - a medley of vegetables cooked in a spicy onion gravy was amazing. we had this with fresh and well cooked garlic and butter naan
- burmese khao suey - my favorite and this didn't disappoint. loved the creamy coconut flavour and the accompaniments.

dessert,
- blueberry cheesecake - i can still remember the taste as i type this. star of the day for me
- chocolate divine - the name says it all!

mocktails and cocktails,
- spiced lemon punch - this is a must try here. spicy, sweet, sour and everything a drink should have
- summer paradise
- ginger berry - fresh and fruity
- choco loco - perfect for the chocolate lover in you
- blue splash - refreshing

-hade's drink - a spicy white rum based cocktail
- mr collin - a good combo of orange with whiskey

the staff are responsive and courteous. the service is quick. the pan asian food was the highlight for me here.

overall, a great place and would definitely return and recommend.

it was an amazing time in xochi
i have started with spice spice baby cocktails which was made with white rum and pineapple juice was amazing to taste and i just love the ambiance here. mutton seekh kebab was excellent and yummy, signature noodles and butter naan with sabji were delicious

desserts: blueberry cheesecake was too yummy and chocolate devine was perfect i would recommend these desserts

ambiance: the place is huge and parking is perfect this place is just beside the outer ring road and you will not have difficulty to find it and reach out.
if you are a non-smoker then never mind they got separate space for smokers ;)

overall i shall rate this xochi bar and kitchen to 5 stars out of 5.

after hearing a lot about this place, we head over for lunch at xochi. the place was spacious, excellent in ambiance and food. the service too is top notch.

we had crispy lotus stem, barbeque chicken wings as appetizers and we loved crispy lotus stem which was crunchy served in honey sauce gravy.

we had chicken pak choi, which was dimsum with chicken wrapped in pak chori, it was super tasty.

for the main course, it was murgh tawa biriyani and nasi goreng. nasi goreng was a sea food mix, with a sweet taste.

desserts, the most loved part we had chocolate divine cake which was of different layers of chocolate was so yummy to the mouth.

this place looks huge inside out, ambience is pleasing for romantic date to large parties.
started with spiced lemon punch mocktail and this was best drink with spicy touch and we happened to order it twice. with this tried asian appetizer crispy lotus stem which was flavoured with honey and chilli, this dish i tried for the first time and just loved it(p.s: i have sweet tooth).
also tried summer paradise & choco loco mocktails which was refreshing & tasty drink.
few more appetizers i tried
tofu chilli pepper - this was yummy & melting in mouth.
fiery baby corn & paneer tikka was perfectly cooked.
vegetable crystal dumplings not just looks beautiful but tastes scrumptious.
coming to main course dum handi subzi with garlic naan & butter naan was best filling.
lastly desserts chocolate divine & blueberry cheesecake are the best desserts you can ask for.

nice ambience and foods tastes really good

ordered veg food and was served with non-veg. rude behaviour when confronted. didn't even have the decency to remove that item off the bill.
