okay but ... fusion, maybe. but for xanh is that a good thing? i recognized the oriental feature of the dish(es) but the authentic, traditional tastes are better than xanh's offerings which i found flat and wanting.
what's worse is that it does not warrant paying $$$$. i guess an mv location has a captive, professionally-employed audience.
it could not compete with sf fusion i.e. betelnut on union st, for example.
