amazing food i personally love the free range stuffed chicken even ask for extra rissoto if possible and avilable great service and atmosphere

good food and atmosphere. when i walked into the casino the noise from a lounge area close to the front door of the restaurant was unsettling. however, once you go into the restaurant itself, you did not hear the outside noise much, if at all. i ate at william b's for a business celebration and enjoyed the atmosphere and especially our waitress who had a very french accent. she was very personable and made the wait for our food seem shorter than it really was. i ate the grilled chicken carbonara and thought it was excellent. others ate the atlantic salmon, gulf coast fried shrimp and the prime rib. everyone thought the food was tasty judging by the empty plates!

good food. my husband and i celebrated valentine's day on sunday because it was the only steak house not booked. our waiter was great. my husband got the 24oz tbone that he really enjoyed and the creme brulle was amazing

amazing. we had an amazing dinner here. the best steak in town by far. worth every penny. not too much more than most. my wife and i loved it.

what a wonderful time we had!. my husband and i had a lovely meal at william b's steakhouse in shreveport last weekend. we have had dinner there before and wanted to make sure we had a chance to enjoy their fabulous steaks again. we had a wonderful waiter last time but could not remember his name so the young lady that seated us was sure that sammie would do a great job and he sure did! he never hovered and let us have our space but he was always right there when we even though about having a question or request. the wine he suggest was wonderful and the steak and crab cakes were the best ever. we will definitely make it back in to enjoy the wonderful service and food next time we are in shreveport and will remember to ask for sammie.

opted for chicken fettucini. wanted it blacked and spicy. waiter sammie got it done just right. caesar salad was on the mark. sammie knew the wine selection. great malbec and then an outstanding zin based blend. great meal. outstanding service.

celebation. took out of town guest there friday the 30th; the prime rib and filet were perfect; the wine was crisp; ambiance made conversation possible. i want to personally thank henry for a wonderful evening; my guest were very pleased and impressed with the food and the service. henry's personal attention to detail made this a worthwhile dining experience.

great night out. the steak is so tender you can cut it with a fork; taste is scrumptious; wine is adventurous; service is impecable. worth your time and money. henry is the best; always subtle and satisfying.

the best service and food as always i get to eat here twice here this week.

well it was another great night at william b's everything was great as they always are. remember that this place has the best food and hostess, manager, servers & chef in town. always a pleasure dining here :)

by far the friendliest staff in the shreveport/bossier area and the best food in town. we eat here every thursday and also every chance we get.

first call for a reservation and request henry for your server he is the best ever and if he is unabailable ask for dd :) the food is fabulous the chef cedric is the best in town. oh yeah i almost forgot but chris the manager yeah he may seem a little strange but this guy will go out of his way to make sure you have a table :) and will make sure you have a memorable experience.

dined there on july 4th with family and had great service by henry,very "tasty" food, and atmosphere that allowed conversation . good experience !

best steak in shreveport. being from the sheveport area we have eaten most of the steak houses in this area, this is by far the best. the bone-in ribeye was well words can't describe it!!! the sides were good, the prime rib was great but, i was very jealous of my wifes steak! well worth the money- a 9 on the 1 to 10 scale!

dinner at william b's. attended a special event at william b's in may, 2011. the food and service were outstanding. the manager and his staff were extremely accommodating.
