if you're willing to spend upwards of $100 per person. this is the kind of food you expect. from cocktails to salads to entrees to desserts (an airy cheesecake that made me rethink the whole genre). my partner's lobster came shelled but intact--a neat trick that turned the usually messy (and sometimes frustrating) delicacy into a unique treat. atmosphere is elegant, tables are spaced far enough apart to allow quiet conversation, and the wait staff manages just the right amount of understated grace.
