i have been to waffle on a good few times and usually enjoy it. but my last experience had left me doubting, i found what looked like two hairs in my waffle, the waitress apologised explained that it might be the bristles from the brush they use to coat the waffles, which is understandable but still not acceptable.
very doubtful of coming to waffle on from now on.

the staff are friendly & the food is delicious. a nice, chilled place to meet with friends over a good waffle or tasty milkshake. perfect for families.

huge variety of very reasonably priced sweet and savory options- available in egg free option which is a huge plus point. service is prompt and friendly. situated in central westville it’s easy to find with ample safe parking in the mall. i had a sweet waffle with ice cream and a cappuccino which were both beautifully presented and totally delicious as well.

we are regulars and keep returning to this lovely place. the staff are pleasant. we have tried waffles, milkshakes, mixas and muffins and all did not disappoint

we were in search of a place to satisy our sweet cravings and decided on this cute spot situated at westville junction, prices start from r27 and there are lots of amazing specials too.

the staff is really friendly and our order came quickly, the bar one and banana waffle is lovely and if you're not feeling too experimental the plain waffle is just as good there's also topping choice between cream, ice cream or both - overall would recommend :)

very disappointing from you guys today. for r35 this is not what we usually have at your westville cafe. i sincerely hope that first-timers do not think this is what waffle on cafe is all about.

my only wish is that waffle on could stay open a leeeetle later than super boring 9pm because after 9 (after 10?) is when my family get the ice cream munchies and we could do anything to have us some of the creamy ice cream and choc sauce. it's a great little nook in a good location, and safe accessible parking so it would really awesome of we could frequent it later at night to waffle on over coffee... or...waffles.

ask for lorraine, she kept the store open for me, as we got there around 9pm

waffle on has the most friendly staff ever!! i felt so welcomed ☺️ but hey, i'd probably be bouncing off the walls if i worked around ice cream that tastes this good. and this is just the ice cream!! so keen to have a seat there and try literally everything on that menu #fatlifeislife also, prices are incredibly reasonable...

newly opened in westville junction; this fabulous family owned & run restaurant is trending & the people are flocking in! great range of waffles, ice cream tubs with toppings, cones, savoury pancakes, delicious toasties & more. plenty of refreshments too - sodas, milkshakes, coffees and even chai. very well priced @ r150 for 4 people. don't miss out!
