i chose this place as it's known for waffles, but i had a bittersweet experience. when i placed the order for a belgian dark chocolate waffle, i asked if cream cheese as a topping was available and the manager checked with the kitchen staff and said it was, later while i was waiting for my waffle to arrive the manager told me there isn't any cream cheese, then i opted for milk chocolate instead. when the dish came i saw there was barely any whip cream in it (as shown in the image), i had sent it back and asked them for more. the size of the waffle alone was too small, it didn't take me even 15 seconds to finish it (it was just a tad bit bigger than the top part of the fork so you can imagine). moreover, even though it seemed freshly made and the waffles were adequately soft, they had become really cold i don't understand how. won't choose this place again for waffles.
the only things i liked were the taste, the ambience and the staff friendliness. however, please be well informed of what is available and inform the customer accordingly (before they pay). and serve portions that don't leave the customers disappointed and feeling like they over paid.
