nice location, good vibe. inhouse bakery with fresh offerings. great coffee. limited to no selection of vegan options and staff unable to advise on ingredients.

went for brunch with the family, and the food was really good and so freshly prepared! will definitely see me again! and that bread is just to die for!!!

hubby and i had breakfast here. place is situated in a beautiful garden with lots of shade making it enjoyable. i had the corn hotcake with crispy bacon. big portion and possible the best poached eggs i have had. hubby had the poached eggs with chicken livers. also a good meal. great coffee, fair prices and good quality food.

my friend and i go here for waffles so often that we get asked if we want “the usual” when we’re there! we love it! their ‘very berry’ waffle really is the best! always fresh and soft with that tasty berry sauce! the staff and owner are all so very friendly as well! would definitely recommend. also be sure to try out their berry shake as well. it’s good.

it was my first time there and i went with a group of friends, the staff was very accommodating. our waitress, swazi was very nice and helpful. the atmosphere is relaxing and tranquil. the food is amazing an i have no complaints! their g&t cocktails are amazing as well! it was just a great experience, definitely going back to another vovo telo near me!

this is by far my favourite vovo telo!

it might be because of the pretty drive in or the beautiful garden tables available - but either way it’s a special spot.

hubby & i got a table outside under the big tree, ordered fresh pressed juices, loved the paper straws and enjoyed the relaxed feel. i had the blt on ciabatta with brie - very yummy! hubby kept us simple with savoury waffle brekkie, poached eggs, bacon, roasted tomatoes & pesto - another winner! for dessert, we shared the brioche french toast, berry compot, mascarpone & honey - it’s now my favourite french toast to order out.

service is good and i enjoyed the many options available for takeaway - a sweet tooth’s heaven!

one of the best branches we’ve been to. great service - friendly and attentive. delicious fresh banting bread :) cosy atmosphere. it seems the kitchen staff take pride in what they do. a good find!

had the delightful orange hot chocolate - as bizarre as it’s name might sound it’s actually you’re good old fashioned hot chocolate with lemon zest. this warm treat was accompanied by a scone baked to perfection, with whipped cream and jam. all in all making an amazing brunch!

service was amazing and super friendly. it was quite busy when we arrived so we ordered food straight away and received it in about 10 minutes. food was delicious and the mixed berry frostee was delightful! wonderful start to my sunday morning ✨

this is an attractive little restaurant in hartbeespoort, with friendly staff and a pleasant ambience. the live music is also good. however, the seemingly revised menu does not fair well for vegetarians - the one vegetarian pasta dish that is on the menu was out of stock here. so i ordered the rosa tomato pizza with basil pesto and mozzarella. for r90, you would expect a full size (30cm) pizza. but the oblong shaped serving is barely a medium sized portion, with very measly ingredients. the other dish we ordered was a portobello mushroom sandwich on health bread, which tasted very average.  unfortunately, the eating experience was very sad at this restaurant.

here's an important note for the guy/s who do the pricing and menu: customers have an expectation of the food shown on the menu, and they have a very good understanding of what is fair, and what is not. don't cut corners to try and reap more profit, because this doesn't go far.

this is a lovely little venue in harties. the space is beautiful with a garden feel. you can see and feel the effort made on the decor and those small touches make it special.
the service was swift and cheerful. we never had to look too far for assistance.
the food was lovely. definitely the best vovo telo i've been to

lovely atmosphere service is good and staff is very friendly had a lovely chicken and mushroom pie and i would really recommend it the filling is nice and meaty and the mash is infused with cheese a nice twice to the meal
