for 45 minutes they showed preparing food, and the order was of motichoor laddu! then it was delivered after 30 mins of that. total time taken was 1 hour 15 mins! pathetic service

the dhokla packing was not good. the bag of the zomato valet and the polythenes were dripping with dhokla water. kindly make sure to have a good packing next time!
