verandah - a book cafe

this is a new cafe which is located next to geetanagar police station.
i liked everything about this cafe .
i ordered paneer pizza(295-/-), bbq chicken burger(180-/-) and lime soda(90-/-).
all of the food items really taste great. they also have outdoor seating which is very beautiful. they really have an amazing collection of books. i would definitely recommend this place to all book lovers out there.
a must visit place.would love to visit again. highly recommended.

this new place in the city has got that spark in it to attract customers visit the place and spend some quality time. ohh, i tell you what a beautiful ambience such a cozy space, amazing food,seating arrangements and service loved all the above❤❤

ordered a lemon&basil ice tea the price was rs280 but the taste was horrible. the manager made the drink, it was full of sugar syrup. people with medical complications please make sure you check what is been served.

everything was good there except the quantity of the food.cost for two -400❌ cost for two -700✔️..and the outdoor seating arrangement was not good..

went on a sunday afternoon with my wife, this is a new small cozy cafe in the city. we ordered pizza and cold coffee. taste was good but portion size was small if you compare the price. ambience is ok. you can get board games to play. service is good.
just found it expensive and not worth the money.

aside from the ambience, which is very unique and interesting, there is nothing going for the place. the food was horrible. intrigued by its name, we ordered a drink called 'sunriser' and have regretted it ever since. it was vomit-inducing and one of the worst drinks i have tasted in my life. then we ordered a canned juice. turns out it was just a fancy name for tropicana juice 🙄to top it off, we were charged an exhorbitant amount for 2 drinks which in an ideal situation
wouldn't cost anything more than rs200. overall, a very bad experience

good ambience . good quality of food.. ordered burger and nachos and pork roll cold coffee. ..taste was nice . price was a little overpriced. ... was i didn't like was the pace of service ... recieved starters last and dessert 1st also very very slow all d items were served at different time so one person had to sit idle and wait for his food as the other person was eating and even completed her meal

good cafe with wonderful ambience and good hospitality but one thing that disappointed me was the price of the items which were really to costly and a bit unexpected
apart from that the place is beautiful with soft music and peace loving

heard so much about this cafe and the only thing i noticed was its just a fancy hype cafe nothing else.
treat every customer equally if you have your guest list for the evening kindly close the cafe so that you can treat your invited guest properly.
went out in the evening so much crowded with people in this pandemic period feels uncomfortable in the outside small area is packed with more that 15 people.
no menu was given nor order was taken from last 20 minutes we collect the menu by ourselves and place the order after calling many times the waiter took the order.
***some family friends was there i think so
they took all the other customer like nothing we are paying for our food you guys have to serve us equally as far as i know.
after waiting for almost 40 mins they told us they need more 20 mins like really?
as far as i know no cafe in the world take so long to prepare food only some shake,pizza and starter
book cafe should calm as much as i know but too loud for bibliophilic ambiance
such a waste
never visit this place it will close soon if this is the way they serve their customer
and one of the staff serve us fries that we have not order also lol
we came out after wasting so much time with no food .

a very clean,cosy and well behaved staff.perfect for evenings to sit and chill with your friends.and if you are a bookworm its a must visit place as the name say "verandha- a book cafe"

this is the best place to hop in anytime.. very comfortable and the food is just too good. this is my best go to.. after the lockdown.. it really gave me a positive mind set after the visit.
