veraci pizza

some of the best pizza in seattle! i love that you can get it by the slice. they also have good salads. very small restaurant and parking lot which can get pretty busy.

i had the special of the day: the new yorker without cheese. it was supposed to contain sausages, red peppers, onions, provolone and their three cheese blend. the lady was very nice and asked if they could substitute other veggies or meats for me since my pizza would be cheese-less. i opted for mushrooms and tomatoes. the pizza crust was thin, crisp at the bottom but chewy at the same time.

great thin crust brick oven pizza! they also have gluten free crust, great for my daughter. fresh local ingredients and fantastic cheeses. i like this one a lot!

awesome pizza. i had a slice of cheese with pesto and red onions at the open air market in ballard and it was fantastic. my best fried said the three cheese was the bomb, as well. definitely try this pizza of you have a chance...it's yummy!

great thin crust pizza.. this is the best thin crust pizza i've had to date. so good we had them cater our wedding in aug 2012. ingredients are amazing and locally sourced. they even have gluten free options. you'll find them at the ballard and freemont markets regularly along with various other locations (they have five portable wood-fired ovens they move around in addition to the main location).

wood fired style. as far as the wood fired pizza places go, in my opinion this is the best. it is a bit pricey but it tastes good and is consistent. i do not order too many toppings and i think the more you put on it, the more likely the crust may be soggy, so keep that in mind when you order.

this might be the best pizza in seattle, but it doesn't compare to real new york pizza. for a brick oven pizza, the dough was soggy and not crispy. and i can't believe 4.25 a slice what. not a fan.

yes!. need i say more? pizza was ordered, delivered as ordered in a timely and friendly manner. and....drumroll....was delicious! yes! yes! yes! thank you.

this place is so interesting... it's clean and great tasting and you can even find them at your local farmers market.

nom-a-licious, best pizza in ballard. i just got finished eating my first veraci pizza. how many times have i passed them by while at the ballard farmers market? lots of times, but no more! (most of the time i pass them by they have a big, long line. now i see why.) great thin crust (which the cooks did not burn! props to the cooks!) pizza with excellent toppings! i had the salume and it was realy good. this pizza begs to be eaten right away. the crust is very thin and and was just the tinyest bit soggy, but not greasy, when i got it home. the ceasar salad i ordered was o.k. (it needed more anchovie in the dressing..my personal taste, btw.) when i arrived at veraci (6:25 p.m.), well lets say, there are not many parking spaces and all the tables were full. they have a nice open kitchen so you can see what is going on and from what i observed of their bar area they have a decent selection of wines and ales/beer should you decide to get a table. there is seating for about 30 people and i noticed it was a bit noisy but this is unavoidable with the amount of space they have to work with. overall, i really liked the pizza and the order i placed by phone was ready when they told me it would be. bravo!(they don't deliver pizza, though.)
i look forward to tomorrow nights pizza leftovers:)
note: if you don't like super thin crust pizza you may not like veraci. you have been warned!

bang, zoom! to the moon! another great visit and meal at veraci! these guys have it down!

love their pizza. i love veraci pizza. the thin crust and the wonderful toppings are perfection to me. i recently ate at delancey and i still think veraci is still my favorite hands down. the only thing that i would change about the restaurant is to make the ambiance better. is it a bit cafateria like in there currently. although, that will not stop me from getting the pizza....just wish it were more enjoyable to dine in.

some of the best most unique and flavorfull pizza ive ever had! eat asap, i took a pizza home and it was soggy by the time i got it home, your best option is to eat at the resturaunt so your pizza doesnt sit in a box at all. this pizza is excellent but gets special treatment.

#1!! this place is great!! one of the best pizza places on earth!! i also had one of the best salads i have ever had in my life, they've got a guy there who puts 100% passion into his salads and the service is excellent and friendly! what an experiance!! they are definetly doing somthing extremely right and i hope they never change! thank you veraci!! great food great ppl= happy happy happy!!

the bartenders are absolutely fantastic! order a bottle of wine and make it a night!

hmmm.... pizza was good, not what i expected, but good. wish i lived nearby so i could give it a rating as a delivery joint instead of going in and eating there, but it was good pizza at a good price.

light crispy crust, quality toppings with really creative combinations. definitely worth it!
