vendome - emirates palace

amazing food and ambiance. absolutely resonates with the expectations you would have when you make a reservation at emirates palace. staffs are warm and cordial. food is sumptuous. the ambiance definitely elevate you mood.

very mixed experience here. i live nearby and have eaten a few times at le vendome. breakfasts are usually very good though the restaurant is small (compared to the size of the hotel) so can get very busy. food and service though is generally excellent.

lunch and dinner however are a very different experience and in my view are best avoided. it seems that emirates palace offer huge discounts to tour parties of tourists visiting the hotel for a look around. most of these tourists seem to be chinese and arrive on buses from their hotels in dubai "to do abu dhabi in a day".

catering is therefore aimed squarely at these bus loads of tourists on tight budgets. food quality and service levels are very low and the restaurant is best avoided after breakfast service has finished.

i suppose at least this keeps low standards to le vendome and other hotel restaurants seem to maintain their standards.

the ambience was wonderful and so was the delicious food. the bonus was the great view from the terrace which was spectacular. i want to do a special mention about rose who attended us and made us feel very welcoming. such a humble and lovely person 🤗 who also introduced us to the chef pradeep roshan who made us delicious food. we enjoyed having a chat with the chef and the team overall was amazing. thanks to rahul who clicked us some amazing pictures. overall a lovely experience on our special day (wedding anniversary)🙂

had some breakfast and it was delicious! the eggs were devine! we had some scrambled and poached eggs and it came with some sausages, potatoes and mushrooms. i also ate immense amount of salmon with sour cream and oh god was so fresh and yum. this was our second time here and would love to come back

the most spectacular fine dining restaurant in the hotel. the concept of the entire buffet was just outstanding.
i would like to write special thanks n greetings to the manger of the restaurant mr. glenn, he was absolutely polite & kind. ms. hildah was another charm at the restaurant. it was an amazing experience at the lunch with the best view of the ocean.. i will definitely come back again.. thanks for such a lovely experience & hospitality.

great buffet presentation, amazing place, nice outdoor terrace/balcony area. not very crowded but i guess because the price also not cheap 😊.... an amazing place and experience while in abu dhabi, as well as the location emirates palace hotel is amazing...

the food was not that good at alll, i always go to buffet but to be honest i did not like the food here at all, i was surprised i expected the buffet to be better than this, the only thing i like was the sweets and i rate it 6/10 also. i have been to other hotels and they have much better buffet than this

worth staying ♥️ we booked a table and we are placed near an awe striking beach view. lunch buffet is worth the price.

the manager is also kind and accommodating.

we'll be trying the dinner buffet soon.

we spent the new year’s eve at le vendome the ambience is great and very beautiful. we had a lovely table outside. the food was good - the seafood section was amazing but most of the desserts were just sweet. especially the macaron were not good. the service was slow and unattended maybe because of the fact that there was a huge gala in the garden so they had
less waiters for the restaurant. we had the soft drinks package but they did not even offer sparkling juices or mocktails. for midnight we had to ask the waiter to bring glases and some cans of ginger ale. otherwise we would have had nothing... but after all the view of the fireworks was amazing and totally worth ... we hope next year they will offer sparkling juices to their guest that don’t drink alkohol and take more attention to the service so that you don’t get the feeling of being secondary guest ...

breakfast buffet is good but really doesn’t have the atmosphere of a 7 star hotel. feels more like mass service and the staff seems stressed and not very attentive.

enjoyed our complimentary breakfast at le vendome, and it was one of the best i had so far. huge fan of the detox juice. food variety wise it does not disappoint as there are enough items to choose from. i loved the freshly prepared very fluffy and tasty omelette. ambience is also beautiful. server's are polite and though it's a buffet, they serve you tea and juices on the table. i shall highly recommend this place and shall soon return to try it's lunch and dinner buffet.

visited le vendome to celebrate a friend's birthday. the ambience is really good with outdoor and indoor seating. they serve buffet. and the food choices are good. loved the sushi and the dessert options. they staff were really sweet and cooperative. the surprised my friend with a complimentary cake. overall had a really good time.

we went for lunch buffet. we arrived early and got a tour inside the hotel and we were amazed! wow! truly a palace! definitely you should pay a visit. it's a must see.
the restaurant is very elegant. luxurious ambience.

had an amazing time with my friend becca joseph for lunch buffet...amazing atmosphere with sea view, gud staff members and amazingg food...from salad to dessert there were good varieties served...simply loved the sushi...it tasted soo fresh....
