the item of chena payesh was missing from the order and this is not the first time, before also 2 sets of 200gms sugar free gond laddoo was ordered but only 1 set was received. one time it can be a mistake. but everytime items are missing from your orders . why ? it never happens with any other sweetshops online delivery but only with vaibhavam sweets, why ?

ordered the sweets in the evening and got spoiled at night despite storing it in the refrigerator. could not even have a single bite. very disappointed😞😞

worst services. we have ordered from zomato and they didn't send half of our food. when we called they didn't care for the customers complaints and instead hung up on me saying its sunday and its a busy day for them. disgusting services. their food is also average. it was cold. requesting zomato to refund my money for the missing food from the order.

the order was wrongly received. ordered 4 samosas and received just 2 samosas that too in an unsealed package.
on contacting the shop the sales person was very rude in his behaviour and refused to co operate and shamelessly aaked me to write a negative review in zomato. this is the kind of treatment you expect from a reputed(or seem to be reputed) shop. very shocking.
