upcountry provisions

mmmmmm. this place is great! travelers rest is so lucky to have this bakery. i bought chocolate zucchini bread, rosemary scones, foccacia with mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes and a chocolate croissant after work tonight. i'm glad the swamp rabbit is close to work off all these delicious carbs. so glad to have you!!

fantastic!. very happy to have something new in travelers rest; can only hope even more good restaurants and shops come in from here. upcountry provisions is, in every way, fantastic. the food is not just fulfilling but is a wonderful treat, and is reasonably priced. the bakery items - breads, pastries, desserts - are absolutely delicious and very fresh. i love being able to see them bake right in front of me. the service is friendly and fast. decor is also a strong point of the restaurant, with comfortable seats both inside and out, with fun yet tactful art and decorations. i hope this place does extremely well and sticks around long-term...can't wait for breakfast!

... i ordered the swamp rabbit - hummus, avocado, garden veggies, crispy onions, mixed greens & balsamic vinaigrette dressing wrapped in flatbread - and roberts had the blue ridge: pepperoni, turkey, red onions, roasted red pepper, mixed greens & blue cheese vinaigrette on ciabatta. the flatbread and ciabatta are both made in house, as well as the cinnamon roll and pain au chocolate that the boys chose for their lunch. everything was delicious, and coming from roberts this is high praise indeed...

one of my very favorite places to eat!. i always enjoy their sandwiches - have ever since they opened! fresh taste and not your standard ho-hum menu. their breads are great from the focaccia to the cinnamon rolls and brownies!

not the best in travelers rest. i do not know where on planet earth some of you other people have eaten, but this is definitely not good food. it is over priced, under cooked, flavorless, "natural" organic ingredients??? if i were a freak that loved the taste of cardboard, this would be my cup of tea. my dog wouldn't even eat the pickle, and he loves them. anyplace that can screw up a pickle, and charge 38.00 for 2 lunches, no thanks, we have a macdonalds here too.

best lunch in town!. this is my favorite place to eat in travelers rest, by a longshot. the food is so fresh and they have expanded their menu to have a lot of delicious choices. and i love how you can make any of the sandwiches a wrap or salad with all the same yummy ingredients! very gluten-free friendly and such healthy ingredient choices. their soups are also great (and you can ask for feta on top!), and their cinnamon rolls are the best i've ever had. relaxed atmosphere and the owners seem very friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. also, they have high chairs and are very kid friendly!

the best in tr!. this place has it all. excellent food. seriously, everything i have ordered has been "my favorite!" they way the put together the varying taste our sensational! a beautiful atmosphere and great owners and staff. they are so appreciative of your business and they are always quick to welcome you with a sincere friendly smile. this is tr at is best!

...i came down the mountain to my hometown to try out the new and greatly expanded sandwich line up at upcountry provisions, which, coincidentally has a few sandwiches named after these hometown teams. the devildog blt includes bacon, mixed greens, tomato, provolone, cherrywood ham, and chipotle mayo on fresh, housemade foccacia  bread. the blue ridge has turkey, pepperoni, red onion, red pepper, mixed greens, blue cheese, and balsamic vinegar. i ordered up their traveler sandwich, roast beef on honey wheat bread with bacon, feta, sauerkraut, and horsey sauce.  it was freaking awesome.  i've never had a bad sandwich here. and not to be left out (they've covered all bases) they also have a sandwich named for the furman university bell tower. that's my husband's alma mater and he proposed under that bell to

thanks upcountry!!!!. my daughter introduced me to the great food at upcountry on one of our visits there. but i have to say their service proved them to be a huge thumbs up!!! in my book.
my daughter had the flu and i wanted to get her some food to cheer her up. i called upcountry and they were kind enough to take her a meal and they don't deliver unless for catering. thanks upcountry for caring and going above and beyond. i hope everyone comes in to enjoy all the great food and service you offer.

the best food love. eat here and know love is edible. share time and food with friends here they will know you love them. cinnamon pastries that make your head spin and your stomach satisfied served with great coffee and perfectly sweet tea - sandwiches to die for good. omg too good for words. it's worth the drive even if you live in hendersonville or simpsonville or greenville.... relaxed atmosphere where you feel like your best friend just made you the most amazing food and you wish you could live there.

awesome. i recently shared lunch with my daughter at upcountry provisions. fabulous is all i can say! our sandwich included fresh, warm bread, tasty roast beef, and an array of fresh toppings. we ordered a side of baked potato salad which was to die for. also, finished off our meal with a raspberry filled lemon cupcake and sandwich chocolate chip cookie - both were superb! love the eclectic feel and friendly atmosphere.

we searched for this restaurant only to find out that it hasn't even opened. how did it get reviews when it isn't opened.
