visited this place on the 8th of april. loved the vibe, interiors of this place. the food was good, the presentation at quite a fair price. even the portion size was quite remarkable. pleasant experience. must visit.

the floor manager and staff were non cooperative they were trying to create a scene when we disagreed to pay the service charge and we're not allowing us to pay the bill through zomato pro worst experience

staff behavior was very poor. despite the government's rule they are imposing service charge as mandatory.

on shift manager was demeaning and passed insulting comments when we refused to pay service charge because of their slow and delayed service. they were constantly provoking us to create a bad scene there. service was really slow and food was below average. i thought that this would be a great place to enjoy, but billing issues and staff behaviour converted it to a pathetic experience.

saturday evening condition: 1. 40% starters are not available 2. only beer available is corona (just like in the country) 3. waiters are double checking menu with their supervisors on what is available and what isn’t. supervisors are checking with the kitchen.

today we visited at unplugged courtyard and experienced wonderful evening. we ordered crispy corn, malai broccoli and lal mirch chicken tikka . everything was amazingly good. outlet manager and captain took care of us very well and made our evening. we will visit again very soon. one of the best rooftop i visited ever in lucknow and hospitality experience as well. well done keep it up!!!!!
