pass on this one. 1. the service was good but the kitchen was overwhelmed with not many tables at slow. making the wait ridiculous. 2. the mushroom ravioli my wife had was not good. it was done in a carbonara sauce that lacked any real substance. i am guessing they used no chicken stock at all. it was a bland cream sauce and not even the bacon stood out. never seen a restaurant louse this up before but they did. i had the french dip. the au jus was in a tiny ramekin and didn't last after 4 dips. the server was no where in sight. they actually used real meat instead of shaved roast beef like most but it had a stringy texture to it and was basically greasy. the bun was very soft and basically a yeast dough that collapsed on itself. as a side i had their potato cakes. they are put in a fryer and fried to a golden brown. the taste is only from the crust and nothing on the inside stood out. at 10.95 the sandwich is very over priced. once was enough for me. i am sure i probably passed some very good restaurants on my way to this place. i need to find them!

the service is good, however the experience was not enjoyable to say the least. the ceiling leaked so we had to switch tables, only to find out the other table leaked too. i ordered randi' s pie and it was basically sausage with bread & no flavor. my son ordered the steak on the kids menu and if was well done even though i asked for medium well. sadly the dry steak had more flavor than anything else. my friend ordered their brisket and her side of okra never arrived. there was a party sitting on the higher level and their scream, claps and shouts were so loud it bothered the entire restaurants other customers include us.
we were better off eating at the food court in the mall. my first and last trip here. the setting received 1.0 not the food.

the burgers are fantastic, and my husband loves the pulled pork and brisket! and the desserts are divine! i've never liked brussels sprouts until i had theirs  - cooked crispy and delicious.

twisted experience. this place has the best kids meals period. couple that with kids eat free from 4-6pm and $3 premium drafts any time and you have the ultimate restaurant for the family man or bachelor!

need new management someone who cares. twisted fork was one of the first places when we moved from new york to raleigh, 2006 the manager took such pride in there service, as years pass the bakery was still great. i went their for lunch recently april 8 2014, the menu most entrees were from 13 to 15 dollars. they now have a salad bar to add to your entree. we ordered a side salad it was horrible, we left the food we could not eat it, and i wanted to see the salad bar, limp lettuce, almost all toppings looked old. they are no cheap, please people we don't mine paying for quality food the place is dingy time to rethink,you can be the next champs. wake up!

what happen. i moved down here 8 years ago closing on my home, we had the most wonderful meal you could have, i took my children there at least the last four years. i went today the salad bar was wilted lettuce the desserts had a crust on them being out to long, you know what even people who work at the mall can't help you, you need to at your prices try to give quality food, never again.

1st time diners. we were at triangle towne center and decided to try this place. it was really good. the staff was great. the food was worth the price; full of flavor, great portions and tasted great! the beer cheese and chili app was good. seafood pasta and the pick 2 with fried brussel sprouts.

this place did a complete 180. last time i had the sweet tea chicken, which was a dry and tasteless abomination of a meal. i didn't want to go back, but i saw that their menu was completely different now and decided to give it a second try. this time i had a burger called almost famous which was made from a blend of pork and bacon, topped with more bacon, and had brie, spinach, apples, and apple butter. it was a great taste profile. i also tried the mac and cheese and fried brussel sprouts, which were both really good. love this new menu. will definitely be back again.

twisted fork used to be one of my favorite restaurants. back in the day when i was bumming around the creek , my friends and i would make the long drive down capital boulevard and dine on ostrich steak. but things change .

food is below mediocre. got the jambalaya and 12 hr brisket. both had zero flavor and my brisket was super dry. atmosphere is beautiful and that's all that it had going. sad i thought it was going to be wonderful and it def was not. spend your money else where

fun weekend. the twisted fork has a great upstairs seating area and we reserved it for a baby shower. the food was great. the servers did a wonderful job taking care of twenty picky ladies and all of our children. thank you for helping me celebrate!

our kids liked it. we went for brunch and it was great. the kids are picky eaters and they were able to pick out plenty to eat. we had great attentive service. the manager stopped in and checked on us as well. overall a great meal and very affordably priced.

nice people but bland dry forgettable food.

incredible!. it was one of the best dining experiences i have had in years. the waitstaff was exceptional and charming without without being too in your face. management was very friendly, and when a slight mishap occurred on our order, they were extremely polite and more than accommodating. it had been probably 3 years since i last went to the twisted fork, but i'll be returning soon. i was almost surprisingly impressed.

great food. sweet tea chicken is delicious. great salad bar. good selection of beer. tempting desserts. very kid friendly. our kids loved it.

i used to come here years ago but haven't been in a few years. not sure what happened but the entire experience was horrible. the food was forgettable, lighting was bad, prices too high for what you get. if i was blindfolded and brought i would have guessed we were at applebee's.
