good restaurant, portions are big. tried calamari, greek salad, baked potatoes, kopanisti and tzatziki. flavours were good portions are big.

excellent restaurant quality and food. will be coming back for those lamb chops and loved the greek salad at this restaurant.

calamari was good but a little to oily for me.

this greek restaurant is definitely one of the best in montreal, and worth traveling to.
our favourite plates are grilled octopus and fried calamari, cooked to perfection as they are made crispy but still tender.
every dish starts with a huge greek salad, which i can never finish.
only issues i have with the restaurant is everything is a little too salty than my taste and parking is terrible. but still deserves a 4!
make reservations, the restaurant during weekend evenings are filled with huge families.

there are so many good greek restaurants in montreal and laval, and lately we’ve bene trying them all!  we started our meal with the house wine, served in tumblers (an old-school touch that we love), and we enjoyed the bread with olive oil. “fried calamari” 16.95$. we started with a few appetizers including the fried calamari.  and even though it’s an appetizer, a mountain of calamari arrived at our table. a more than generous portion! the calamari rings included the tentacles, which we love.  the batter was perfectly crispy but not overcooked or oil, and the calamari was still tender.  it was perfect with a squeeze of lemon.

the food was very good but i found it to be very overpriced for what you are getting. i mean meat and potatoes, it's not that extravagant. the cooks know what they're doing, the service staff seem to need a little more training. we hardly saw our waitress and that's saying a lot considered it's one open dining room. i have been going to tripoli park ex for years and loved it and thought i'd give this one a try, but in the end i was disappointed and will not be back.

impressed! my greek friends told me to eat here and i was not disappointed! great quality food, excellent, prompt service. the waitress was constantly refilling our water when it was low, a good sign. and knew her menu well.

if you're looking for a relaxed, non-fast food greek place, this is the one.

there is no better greek resto in the mtl. area: food, service, prices...you name it.

great spot. very surprised to read such negative comments regarding the service and the food. i have been frequenting tripolis in laval for the last few years. as of the last 18 months or so, the service has become even better than usual, as has the food. the pork souvlaki sticks are incredible. the soup specials are amazing and the prices are quite reasonable. i read a negative comment about the salad having so much oil - that was laughable! this is greek cuisine, folks. olive oil is part of the equation. it doesn't mean you need to suck it all up!! wait staff always comes around to check if everything is to our liking and the owner does his best to check, as well. tripolis, keep doing what you are doing. i bring my family there very often and make a point to bring my business contacts in from out of town to tripolis as often as i can. charming little greek treasure!!

very, very good!. i haven't been back to tripoli since last year when the food was bad and the service left a lot to be desired. i figured we'd give it one more try and went for dinner last weekend, the food was excellent and the service was good. i found out that the original management has taken over again and things have changed for the better. i would definitely recommend the tripoli in chomedey., and surprise, surprise, the prices have been lowered. congrats to the management! keep up the good work(food).

welcome back steve & josef. i`ve been a long time customer of both parkex and laval tripolis, neither one has been the same since steve and josef left. thank god they are back in laval!! only three weeks in and what a difference! they even lowered the prices! welcome back guys!!!

horrific service!!!. we ordered an appetizer that was so salty may as well ate a brick of salt!!! then our main dish was the calmari which came with a salad that had so much oil! the pork skewer was not even comparable to one that's sat on the counter for a day. then the service was the worse... there was a billing problem that a 2 year old couldve solved but i guess not the waiter. spoke to owner about it and apparently i guess the lack of problem solving extends up to the owner! my fellow food lovers, never in my life have i walked out of a restaurant and not tipped the waiter but i thought that in this instance i really felt one was not merited!! they were arguing with a customer!!! frustration, disappointment is an understatement of the century here! so if you have not gotten the history do nit go there unless you want to get robbed and practically get slapped in the face!

awesomely horrible. service slow and forgetful, veal chop small at $19.00 but cooked at high temperature, making that piece of meat hard as a rock. the 18oz steak, cooked as ordered for part of the steak, overcooked at the other half, same piece of meat!! the appetizer under cooked because the server forgot to place the order, rushed and received very non palatable. had to beg for bread and water. made the complaint, went unanswered, they could care less!! never again, as ell all my greek friends are aware of this unacceptable experience.

to manny and the waitress and waiter that served our group for are christmas party excellent job well done.everyone was happy with the food service and everything from a to z this place will have. a lot of future customers for years to come thank you so much manny for al.that you and your staff did for us tonight .bill

excellent food great service very good prices also.are waiter sprio was very friendly explained everything to us and his service was a number 1.the owner manny very friendly and always happy to see you with a big happy smile. for excellent greek food you can not go wrong will be back for sure this is one customer for life opa!!!!!!!

delicious. went for lunch and had the lamb shops which were excellent and the greek salad was just awesome. if ever in the chomedey (laval area) i truly recommend this greek restaurant to everyone. service was also impeccable. must go and try it!!

omg the best food ever ... nothing u get here will disappoint u ! it's greece in montreal ! if u love greek food this is the resto that will represent greeks to best way !
