i have been to this place many of times with great service and food, well i ordered some beef fried rice with no salad, to go, my job is a block over from this restaurant. usually when i get food from toshi's it's super hot, today it was lukewarm and very scatchy. i immediately took it back to complain to the owner or who ever takes the orders and she was short defending there food and ask if i want her to put it in the microwave. if she valued me as a customer, she would have offered to make me a fresh beef fried rice. i will not be going back, i will take my money where i am valued as a customer!!!!
