the dinner was very tasty and delicious and the managar (jackie) was very cooperating and kind his service was excellent

the service is very poor the manager jacky does not respect women. their service is not fast you have to ask 5 -10 times for water. they say unlimited food but they do not give you unlimited they take away your alcohol bottles from your hands without asking and when you complain about that they shout at you without respecting a customer. pay any amount they are not going to respect you.

my experience at tos was beyond horrible!! we arrived at 9pm and got the menu by 9:30. very unprofessional and untrained staff. 🙄🙄
there was a speaker just on above our table and believe me you the sound quality was deafening!!you will not believe that we had to go get the tissue paper and spoons ourselves🤮
they just spoiled our evening and my husband’s birthday!!
never visit tos as they will spoil your day and the worst part is they don’t care!!🤢🤢

i would not recommend this place to anyone. one of my friend got medical issue in his ear as music was extremely loud there. placement of speakers was so inappropriate that was right above the table . food was good. but staff service was poor as no one was ready to listen. very bad experience.

will be really a bad day to go there. manager and staff doesn’t take care of your service at all. no hatred to serving staff they are polite and understandable but manager and service staff said them not to give service . in whole 1200 alco pass i got 2 pint that’s it . when you argue they call their bouncers and totally rude and disasters they are . so much of humidity inside. worst experience and totally mood spoiler.

the staff is not able to provide valet parking and its been done on some preferential basis. the parking attendant to the people in some random order. the person standing at the entrance is reeking of alcohol and trying to explain about the parking problem which makes u feel unsafe if you are going with the family.
total turn off . rude staff.not at all advisable.

so please don't take into consideration those ratings
dj was boring they don't even know what type songs have to be played in lounge.
single waiter to take, serve the order also there was not even a single clean table for us.
food quality not good also they served not in a proper way and delayed after 1st round.

please dont go to this places looking at the top reviews they are all paid or either written by there own staff.
wont even waste 1 star on this place. i went there to celebrate my birthday but it turned out to be the worst experience, the drinks were diluted the food was raw. they have a menu in which they have variety of options for drinks but when you ask for something they would say its out of stock and would only have those items that are most expensive in that list.now i wont mind spending more money on better expensive drinks but only if it is not mixed or diluted but in tos almost every drink is diluted or mixed.i spent 17000 over here and i regret every bit of it.

this place is great! atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. they know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. food is pretty good, some italian classics and some twists.

please do not go here, i had ordered a quarter of ballentine's and they had poured teacher's instead luckily it happened in front of me. on top of that i ordered paneer tikka and from the picture you can see that the masala put in was as much as the efforts i put into studying for my exams, that is nill, zero. the food was cold and how can anyone even f*** up paneer tikka, if you want bad food slow service and lying staff please visit tos.

recently i visited tos with my friends.....
the ambiance was so cool.
we tried chicken drum sticks, chilli potato, paneer tikka all are so yumm..
highly recommend cafe in club road.
