excellent. this restaurant not only has excellent food, but the staff shows the qualities of a team that has been polished and rehearsed prior to their official opening.
i ordered their specialties, the brick-oven pizza and the short ribs. my wife had a salad and a mai-tai (the mai tai was a family recipe). oh and did i mention their ingredients were all organic, local and sustainable (as much as possible)?
all dishes were served promptly, with a smile and were thoroughly succulent. my water and iced tea were also similarly well-attended to (my pet peeve). i cannot find any flaw, save they have no private dining area for meetings (yet). otherwise, a must try for the south bay cognoscenti. pricing was reasonable.
