three lions pub

great local pub. three lions pub is my favorite pub. soccer on the tvs, good selection of beers, typical british pub fare, and regular friendly patrons, many of whom are british. nothing fancy, just a very comfortable place to have a pint, some food, and conversation with friends after work or on the weekend.

as i enter the three lions pub in redmond, wa, i'm greeted with a rousing "hiya gregor!" alvia or janie begin a pour of my customary boddingtons (or london porter if i'm of the mood) as i settle into my stool. manchester united is deep in it's match again

bangers and mash: delish. especially the not-mushy peas and the very flavorful bangers.

fish and chips i’m told were equally tasty.

black & tan to wash it all down was perfect.

quintessential brit pub usually full of stiff upper lips. cocktails are nice and the staff's really friendly. will visit this place again whenever i'm nearby next time.

cozy classic british pub with great traditional style food. happy hour is a great value. tons of locals hang out here and everyone knows each other by name. there's a piano in the corner, mayne that gets some action occassionally. the lighting was way too bright, but that was the only flaw.

such a charming pub, we sort of stumbled on it by mistake one evening and what a find!

where else can you watch soccer on tv and drink beer and pub food on the east side? it's not super busy and has a very homey feel to it.

ate here tonight. beers are ok but all the steaks except prime rib are overlooked and overpriced !! go to bj's or matt's for steak.

great place overall....... terrific pies, wings, and tap beers....jeff and michael and staff good guys but they.recently changed the menu and replaced the excellent rib steak and stuff tomato which was really upscale for any pub with a small sirloin steak that is nothing special.....all else really good.....

great. really enjoyed this pub. service was great, food was fast, fresh and hot. will go back.

cirque du three lions pub. my wife and i could not figure out where to go for lunch in redmond before our matinee of cirque du soliel. i came across the three lions pub as result of an online search.

the pub is in an old strip mall in downtown redmond and is connected to the british pantry ltd. and another british food restaurant called neville's. you can walk to all three through the internal doors inside the building.

we arrived just after opening and we were the only people in the place besides a british gent who was watching football (soccer). they have plenty of tv's tuned into various soccer matches.

my wife had the fish and chips and i had the red leicester bacon cheeseburger.

the red leicester bacon cheesburger ($9:00) is a good sized burger with a nice amount of fries aand 3 big pieces of bacon on top.
the fish and chips ($11.00) was good according to my wife. two big pieces of deep fried fish and fries.
three lions has a nice selection of british ales, as would be expected, and a decent selection of local brewery products. they have a good selection of imported beer and domestic beer in bottles, too.

service was very good.

all in all. two thumbs up, mate!

atmosphere was ok, parking a nightmare. food was ok but not memorable. we are not planning a return visit and were disappointed with the beer selection and service.

love both the british pantry and 3 lions pub. the service is faster at the pub for sure though. my favorite meal? lancashire pasty and chips with a side salad and creamy dill dressing. the dressing is to die for... i love it! husband likes sausage rolls as well. tried other "tea rooms" that served meat pastries, but this is by far the best! plus at the pub you can watch some "football"!!!

nice place. giant portions of high quality pub grub with british menu items. staff was friendly, very large beer selection, what's not to like?

ill mannered waitresses. i have never been so shabbily treated in any place as i was at the three lions pub. the waitress refused to serve me drinks because she was apparently too busy and actually told me to leave. do yourselves a favor and never go to this place. there are far too many places in redmond that would be happy to welcome you.

a very cute little pub/resturaunt. the resturaunt area is quite cozy. i have never been to the pub area, but i love the feel of the resturaunt. the food is exactly what i expected from british cuisine, very hardy with simple flavors. i've also had tea there which was quite good.
