best pastries in australia. the caramelised pear is my all time favourite. i’m not even a fan of macarons, but theirs are amazing. the coffee is really nice too. definitely a hidden gem of a place. be sure to get in early for a full selection of pastries as they often sell out.

dropped in this morning for a coffee and croissant. the staff here are always helpful with so many goodies on offer. i place my order and take a seat outside. my double shot cafe latte arrives within a few minutes. a very good cup of coffee, hot and strong. and a big improvement on my last weak coffee here.

i ask for my large almond croissant to be warmed 20 seconds in the microwave and it is perfect. i really enjoy this warm croissant with my hot coffee. my overall rating improves from my previous review to 4.5/5.0! well done guys!

-matcha cheesecake
very light and smooth. good layering, with some chewy bits in the middle

-mango coconut gâteaux
the coconut goes pretty well with the mango jelly inside. a good choice if you’re after something a bit sweeter.

always out of stock when we visit, which is why i waited for a couple of more visits before i submit a review. my rating is based on the quality of the desserts only, for convenience i would've given a higher rating if they could top up their pastries throughout the day.

noticed this cafe in passing and decided to drop by as hadn't had breakfast. ordered a chai latte and the peanut butter croissant to take away. although i ordered a regular size (only have reg and lrg) i found the cup to be small - having said that it was $4 so was fine with it. croissant was nice. it's a small but cute little shop that has also had awards in the past. the pastries looked amazing. would pop by again if i'm in the area.

best hot chocolate! the croissants are soft and delicious! only downfall is the food runs out very quickly, so you need to get there when it opens.

got there with my partner just before they closed. got a macaron and a green tea cheesecake plus coffee. only complaint is the short open in hours.

whenever i get a dessert craving, this is my go to place. everything is made with such finesse and the patisserie taste as good as they look. my favourite is the passionfruit tart and the chocolate gateaux which contains 7 layers of goodness. i definitely recommend this place.

this patisserie has been on my to-go list for quite some time, especially after hearing so many good things about this place. a lady who was married to a parisian pastry chef even said the croissants here were the best she's had outside of paris...! after taking some time off and reopening early february on a wednesday, i came by around 11am but absolutely everything had been sold. i came back today (friday) at 8am driving through 1 hour plus of peak hour highway traffic and thankfully all pastries were available and they were still finishing up on the tarts and cheesecakes. i have to say the trip was worth it. the croissants and danishes were absolute divine - light, flaky and melt in your mouth and coffees were great. definitely rivals chouquette. looking forward to trying more from justin and his team. as everyone has mentioned, get in early to guarantee choice and availability, but it'll definitely be worth it.

the best coffee on the southside of brisbane. the croissants are to die for! i just wish they opened at 6am instead of 7am so i could stop on my way to work.
