ate here for a full week while at celtic connections. the chef is an amazing woman who smoked her own sausages to get an authentic brazilian dish. every day everything was just perfect. care and attention to detail was obvious. this chef is a credit to the company. fabulous will be back with my family next time i visit scotland.

really nice venue, with the brewery operating the other side of a glass partition. extensive selection of beers available. quite a small menu, but the burger and fries was good. quite slow service.

the exterior looks incredible – a vast, dark jagged futuristic fortress
