hated it.... went there when the tropicale opened... three of us went together. the service was not great. my friend's chicken was served pink in the middle (uncooked).
when we mentioned this to the server, he didn't even get an offer to put it back in and cook it. just an "i'm sorry it doesn't 'seem to be cooked' for you.'" then, the server disappeared and didn't come back.
it took forever to pay for the awful food we ate there. i e-mailed the restaurant about the experience and never got a response. it is as if they don't really care... and now that they have been open awhile, i hear both good and bad. people love it or hate it. most people that i know will only have drinks there... at the bar.
i won't even go back. good luck on the tropicale if you go there. pray for a good server and some decent food before you enter the door. yucko on this restaurant!!!!
