food is too spicy , not according to the acceptation it's my first order on zomato and i'm not satisfied with it i'm trying to call the restaurant phone number and it said the number you dial it doesn't exist

had their south indian thali.portion size good and taste was decent.typical fare one dry sabji,one gravy,roti,rice,dal rasam,papad,dahi and one sweet clean and hygienic too.

amazing place to have south indian as well as north indian food in the ooty. they are famous for their authentic south indian thalis.
we ordered though in the north indian varieties and loved the food. we were not hoping such good north indian food in the south. i must recommend their south indian papad along with multiple juices.
service was also very quick. staff was so genuine that we didn't mind revisiting this place on the next day for lunch. they have their separate outlet for non-vegetarians too.

nice and posh place for food. went here for breakfast and was really satisfied with the food and service provided. place well decorated and family friendly. staff are really courteous and helpful. food was good and tasty. this place is pure veg to keep in mind and visit accordingly. overall recommended for breakfast with family and friends.

the ambience is really awesome! we visited ooty for 2 days and had our lunch the last day on our way back to bangalore. the food served was really delicious and it made our day. completely worth the price!!

worst restaurant i have visited in my life hopeless service rude staff...we ordered paneer roti and jerra rice...when they served chapatti there was water under it asked to replace they served little uncooked one when we complained staff and manager was very rude we paid the bill but didn't had lunch...never visit such places and last but not least glasses were not washed properly .

worst restaurant in whole ooty town , ordered soup with starter which was served chilled in temp of 10 degree. then order jeera rice with dal tadka. dal fry was served. took back dal fry and only apply tadqa till then rice was chilled waiter were rude they are ok with review. my children did not had dinner coz of the delay.

we had been to paradise for lunch hoping to get a authentic south indian thali . it was overcrowded and we had to wait for 10 minutes to get a seat . they had a very weird policy of not sharing thalis. however we settled to have the thalis . the thalis were not too good , they had a beans curry which was awful they could have replaced it with some other curry like avial. the rasam and sambhar were good . the ambience was not great and because of the crowd the service staff was also distracted. hope that it improves . ......

very yummy food. i stayed in ooty for 4 days. here is the best one i could find. money vs quantity is also good. staff is very friendly. so if you seek north indian food in ooty. this is the place.

there is plenty of parking available behind the restaurant, which can be difficult to find for other places in ooty. food quantity is sufficient. 2 dishes for four people should work out, but 3 dishes will be required if anyone wants to eat more than 2 breads.

good neat and tasty breakfast we had here it’s a. great restaurant with a great ambience inside the most unbelievable thing is instead of milk we ordered flavoured milk it came in a huge glass which was so heavy overall this is a must try restaurant if you are looking for some pure veg and authentic breakfast

a busy hotel! taste of the food was really good and value for money. service was very quick. if you are visiting ooty, this is a must to try place!
