out of all the mel’s around sacramento this location hands down is the best mel’s. good food friendly service and consistently delicious. if we want to eat at mel’s we’ll drive from downtown sacramento to eat here. that’s a lot of other want-to-mel’s locations. keep up the great food and service. thank you

corned beef hash breakfast. the corned beef has is awful. it's made of chunks of extremely tough gristly meat. i could not chew through it enough to try swallowing it. ours was a very disappointing meal!

one of the 24/7 dinner in rocklin . we went there for a late night dinner . planned for some vegetarian burger but the person serving us was not sure if it's compete vegetarian and he said he need to check. he just came back and served a veggie sandwich . din like this approach because i could have chosen something else.

the staff is always great during the morning. they are quick to greet the customers and the service is fast and friendly...one of my favorite breakfast spots.

much better than dennys for a 24 hr dining experience, but a little expensive for diner food. that being said the food is excellent for diner food. try the santa fe skillet! sooooo good:)

i like it...i think.. this is one of the times when i wish there was a choice in addition to "i like it" and "i don't like it" called "i don't know if i like it or not". since i would eat here again if i was given the choice of late night dining establishments in the area (meaning denny's or mel's) then yes...i like it. you wouldn't catch me here during regular dining hours, though, when i have the choice of every other restaurant.

i like their chocolate shakes. chicken quesadilla with wheat tortilla is okay. tuna melt is gross. corned beef hash is something i wouldn't order again.

for rocklin all-nighters, you have two options: denny's or mel's diner...take your pick! denny's is more visible and located right off i-80 and rocklin road and mel's is off hwy 65 and blue oaks (near chevys and carls jr.)
