disappointed. beef tartar was a small serving and very salty. the hangar steak was perfectly cooked but the bone marrow butter was not to my liking and i didn’t realize that until i had already spread it over my steak. the steak sauce, fortunately served on the side was way too spicy for me. with so many great restaurants, the mitchell isn’t worth a return visit.
