unfortunately, after experiencing horrible service here again, i will no longer be visiting the lakehouse. i cannot believe how awful the service is..does management exist?? this is the third visit where our waiter was non-existent. our drink orders were messed up, our waiter hardly visited our table, and we were left asking bus boys to refill our drinks. after eating, my husband ordered one more drink and we were given the bill by our waiter. no mention of dessert, no mention of asking us if we want something else to order (even though we had been waiting to order more drinks) and to top it all off, my husband's drink never arrived. after reviewing the lakehouse many times and commenting on their neglectful service, i have yet to receive a reply or some assurance of some kind that they take these comments seriously. this has led me to the conclusion that they do not care about their customers so i will no longer be paying fine dining prices for low quality service.
