food was really good, service was a bit slow but it is mother day weekend. i also tried a bite of the chunk brisket burger and it was so tender and it was delish. top notch burger !!

how can you go wrong with the keg? i find this one in particular the service is extra special, maybe because of the smaller feel of barrie? regardless, it's always a pleasure to visit and enjoy the fantastic food the keg offers, especially this one.

so good!. love the keg! food and service is excellent! wish they would take reservations on a weekend though as you can sometimes wait 1.5 hours for a table.

will never return. the wait staff was not informative, the food was not cooked properly and the service was all around bad. worst keg we have ever been to.

go to the keg on a weekly basis, you always know what kind of service you are going to get and the quality of food you are getting. there are never any variables and management is top notch to correct anything that ever goes wrong which is more than i can say about most independent restaurants.

pre-cut, cookie-cutter. . another typical franchise trying to be a steakhouse. no reservations just line-up like cattle,get them in get them out.i think my server was the same one from another franchise,or they just look and sound the same.. "keg size , up-sell". its all the same thing, over priced and under valued. no personal touch with bland pre-packaged food and service. just another corporation.

best prime rib ... !. the keg is our go-to restaurant when celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. the prime rib (medium) is to die for. it is cooked to perfection and often you don't even need a knife to cut into it. it's hard to choose whether to order a baked potato or their incredible garlic mashed. of course i always order a lobster tail with my prime rib.

have you tried their dungeness crab? it's only available in april and sometimes into may. this is by far the sweetest crab ever. you have just got to try it. also, if you have room for dessert you should try their billy miner pie ... a mocha, fudge, caramel and almond extravaganza.

mmm lobster. i like the keg because they have amazing steak (that my husband loves) and i can have my lobster tails. i have been to newfoundland and had a fresh lobster, it didn't compare to the keg's lobster tails. :)

i've eaten dinner several times here while in town for dinner. the keg serves consistently great food and the service is friendly, fast & yes; the young ladies are easy on the eyes.
