the ambiance is good and the staff (suman) was very welcoming. food is also delicious, love to visit again.

the food was horrible….i ordered the dahi kebab which was really sweet. i ordered the mexican veg bowl. i expected mexican food to be a bit spicy but that also was very sweet . the service is also very slow and bad. i got my main course first and after that i was served with drinks and appetizers.

overall it was one of the worst restaurants i have visited in ahmedabad as both the food and service were not upto the mark.

paneer tikka was really very amazing and tasty.

the house of makeba is a restaurant set up in multiple floors and each floor has a unique theme. the ambience is the highlight of this place and one of the floor offers only vegetarian food.

the menu is vast and here is what we tried

brownie shake - a perfect blend of chocolate and brownie

burmese khowsuey - well presented with a good texture. the sweetness quotient was a little high for my tastebuds

mac n cheese fritters - cheese balls stuffed with macaroni that can be tried

italian lasagna - pasta sheets and veggies baked with a lot of cheese.

veg. shabnam - part of indian main course it is a mixed vegetable. extremely delicious and my recommendation

veg. florentine bowl - a dish that is combination of rice, cheese and spinach. a good option for those who prefer less spicy food

mudpie ice cream - heaven for chocolate lovers. a must try dessert.

the staff is polite and the service is prompt. so visit this place with your loved ones.

staff behavior is good specially mr. suman who attended us very generously and politely. must try brownies.... and blueberry cheesecake.. u can. try mango cheese cake also...

one of the beautiful places to relish delicious food in ahmedabad. i visited this place for dinner & had a great time. the ambience is just lit & staff is well trained. they have separate seating arrangements for veg, non-veg food & apart from that they have rooftop cafe also.

we tried here broccoli almond soup, khaw sway soup , energy sunrise it was so refreshing.

ordered salted french fries which was freshly cooked n crispy enough.
cheesy nachos n mac & cheese fritters both were equally good.

in main course
italian veg lasagna is worth trying as it was loaded with veggies & cheese n so saucy.

paneer khatta pyaaz & veg shabnam the quantity of each vegetable is enough for 2 people & it was super delicious. veg shabanam is highly recommended.

one should not miss here mud pie with ice cream .

this is a place to celebrate & enjoy your time with your friends & family.

the staffs were friendly. i visited on a wednesday evening .
it is one of the best cafe in ahmedabad the ambience is decent and gives the cool vibe in the evening.the food taste and quality is so good. i have ordered chicken tanduri pantra pizza, pesto pasta and korean chicken wings. the korean wings is must try starter if you are non veg lover. the food is worth the every buck you pay.
