it really does melt in your mouth!. they say that the pulled pork melts in your mouth but i had the brisket sandwich and it is just as tender. no fork (or in this case, spork) needed! that's for the pieces that fell off my sandwich because the portion was so generous. it was maybe a tad salty (and i'm a saltivore) but not a problem for me. i actually didn't notice it until eating those last tasty morsels that had slipped out - as if they could escape! they have tangy and sweet sauces. i liked both and combined them on the sandwich. also had a side of beans, which were unlike any i've had before - in a good way! not a thick gluey sweet dish with mushy beans but tangy and spicy with different types of beans that weren't overcooked and bits of some kind of sausage. not just tiny little chunks but actual slices. it was almost as good as the brisket. i drank the remaining liquid :)
