new chef in 2019 which has changed the menu providing authentic thai/laos food like no other places in brisbane. very friendly staff and drinks are special and innovative.

you can never really go wrong with thai food. everyone's local is always tasty but full moon steps it up a few notches! there's a cool ambience that fit's the location and the flavours and choices of food are excellent. try the whole fish.

but look out for the spice! i like spicy food but found a 'medium' was absolutely burning and hard to eat. the waitress forgot to write down my partners order but made up for it with a free drink. they also were 'sold out' of mojitos and a particular wine.

despite the hiccups, i would go back!

the best asian pub ever in brisbane. will be definitely going back.. this venue is excellent. it is rich in atmosphere , most friendly staff and great food. and the best thing is we can sit there from 6 to 2 in the morning. live music etc.well done to the owners and staff.

a new cafe bar in the valley. modern australian with thai twist is a new austrasian hit. chef kai, a thai chef with an extensive experience at both thai mitcheline and world class restaurants. we had salmon shot which a wow. it is a must try. fresh salmon sushi with a splash of thai fresh chilli lime dressing and fresh garlic kick, best served with sauvignons blanc. interesting thai and international cocktails.

another regular place near work with a lunch special. overall descent thai food but there are better options around in the valley when it comes to thai food.

great ambiance and friendly, attentive service. we visited obviously before the crowds on a sat night. the food variety was interesting...bar definitely has a fusion feel...not strictly thai. the chilli clams were delish...very spicy. the scallops were incredibly tasty.

bad seafood quality. tom yum was average. my boyfriend and i felt sick, nausea and had terrible experience on the toilet the next day 😷
service was ok tho. staff were friendly.

this place is amazing. really don’t understand why it has low rating. very authentic thai food, the salmon shot is a surprise, we never had something like this before. staff is friendly and attentive. definitely have a try here, you won’t regret it.

the visit to full moon with my family was exceptionally good. warm, helpful service by the waiter, authentic thai atmosphere, and amazing curries. there were a couple of vegetarian options, but would be good to see more. all in all, i would be happy to come back. thanks for the great night, full moon.

i love full moon coz the food and the band in friday. really amazing!!!!! and i had my birthday party here. the waitresses are really friendly and nice!!! 💯💯

i have to say it will be my block list. we waiting for half hour there was no one to service us and we need to grab the menu and water by ourselves! we told them only need mild spicy. and when the soup come it really spicy! we need to order another rice then we can drink the soup! but they have mandarin speaker who can sing mandarin songs really surprised me.

food was delicious, and great customer service. the cocktail was good and beautiful. restaurant was busy, therefore the foods service was a bit slow.

atmosphere is amazing, and food was great! have only been once and will definitely be back. they have a deal at lunchtime, $12 for a meal and drink and 100% worth it! highly recommend!

just came back from thailand trip, decided to head out for thai food in the valley and found fullmoon bar on a friday night! totally enjoyed the food! authentic and tasty, great cocktails! however, we got here late it gets loud after 11 o'clock they have a band playing. honest advice take a table upstairs away from the band.

i have been to full moon on a few occasions. they are one of the few places in brisbane which have live music from chinese, thai and korean artists, and it is nice to go and enjoy with the authentic thai food. the drinks are reasonably priced, and the cocktails are a sight to be seen. i especially enjoyed the green curry and the thai beef salad. the staff are very accommodating and friendly, and are normally up for a chat (if they aren't busy). a great place to have dinner if you are meeting with people in the valley.
