i ordered macchiato and flat white. tasted terrible. packaging was awful. the slip lid was covered with tape. lid was all sealed with tape. used scissor and knife, still hard to open. as a result, a knife poked the glass and spilled coffee. end up using too many dishes. had to wash knives and scissors and had to transfer coffee in a cup. had to wash the cup too. they charge too much for packaging. they should pay us to unopen this extremely difficult packaging and made us use too many dishes which require washing and drying and putting dishes away. also requires cleaning the coffee spilled counter.
