most disgusting lunch ever!. place was filthy dirty which we noticed while we waited 30 minutes for our food. shrimp po boy- shrimp were not cooked, french fries were partly still frozen, cheeseburger didn't taste like meat, grilled cheese was mushy and turkey sandwich was covered with mayo, lettuce tomato which we asked for plain for my child. will never go again! stomach upset from even trying to eat the food. just disgusting.

very disappointed. i don't like that you all are not consistent. for example. love your jelly donuts.. but not when they lack the jelly. one little bite with jelly in it when you are looking forward to a good jelly donut sucks. i recently went in the store and there was barely anything to choose from. i know some times when something is not on the shelf that they check in the back so i ask for 4 boston cream. although i was still disappointed that there was no selection, i brushed it off to it being 1:00 am but i thought you are open 24-7 and i did not think that there would be an issue. turned out that the 4 boston cream where not filled at all. i always brag about your donuts and will think twice now before i take the drive there again.

sure, central florida has abundant number dunkin donuts scattered about and people flock to these places for coffee and treats.  there is always a line at the local dunkins especially on the weekends.  however, there is place in clermont that, in my opinion, is worth the drive to get the best donuts in town.  hello donut king ! open 24 hours a day, this is the place to get fresh donuts- more unique than anything you will find in any other shop in the area.  red velvet glazed with cream cheese , chocolate sour cream and the half glazed half chocolate are a few of the varieties you will find here.  we stopped in for a half dozen and had a hard time deciding which donuts to try. the heath donut was delicious. the grasshopper donut was glazed with chocolate and topped with junior mints. the gator donut had blue and orange sprinkles on chocolate frosting. all the donuts are made fresh around the clock.  there are also other treats like the glazed gingerbread man donuts an

this is by far the best homemade donut place ever! they have ever variety imaginable and they are always fresh. i totally recommend the dk!

disappointed. heard so much about donut king so i decided to treat my students. called in my order the night before for 5.5 dozen donuts and was promised that they would be ready to go the following morning. when i showed up the next morning (on time) and stated that i was there for pickup, the order wasn't ready. i proceeded to watch one person get each donut (it was specific list) into the boxes. so much for calling it in ahead of time. the "teacher discount" wasn't worth holding up the line and rushing back to school late. the donuts were yummy, but it's not worth my time to go back.

mstaylor. omg!!!! they are amazing! i have lived in clermont for 3 1/2 years and only until last year is when i discovered this hidden lake county secret. every donut they make is fresh and soft. my favorite is the boston cream, but i love the apple fritter (7-8 inches in width and less than $1.60). i usually visit their establishment every sunday on my way home from work. the line is always out the door, but the excellent staff provides quick service and the wait is rarely long. when you walk in you will be overloaded with the selection so start choosing before you get to the counter. i have since had another donut from the big chain and was so disappointed with the freshness that i will never return. if you like to visit mom & pop joints than this is the one for you. your family will be happy to see that yellow box when you walk in the door.

not only does this shop offer donuts, but they also offer other breakfast items and their famous castle burger. being from the state that the white castle burger originated in, i had to pass on this one. my friend gave this a try and said it tasted similar to white castle sandwiches. i have never been a fan of white castle, but if you’re looking for something similar to their sandwiches, i’ve been told these are pretty tasty.

awesome donuts. puts dun-kin donuts to shame. please open another store in clermont on the south side!!!! awesome love them !!!!!!

the king of donuts. donut king never lets us down. open 24 hours a day, whenever that craving strikes you, the donut king will be there. there are so many incredible varieties that change often. life is like a box of donuts, you never know what you're going to get.... :)

...was told these are the best donuts around....so we drove 45 minutes away to see for ourselves. yum- totally worth the drive!

i stopped here withy son and two of his friends. they were giddy when they saw the donut selection. they said the donuts were the best they have eaten. they ordered more for the way home and couldn't resist eating them in the car. we enjoyed our visit and can't wait to go back to try more menu items.

i have visited donut king three times since finding it on urban spoon and driving past it a few times. the donuts are just awesome, especially the apple fritters and the sour cream donuts! truly a gourmet donut experience in a little hole in the wall atmosphere. open 24 hours a day, the donuts are always fresh and ready. they also have a full breakfast, lunch & dinner fast food menu that is amazing from what i have heard. next time we will go for lunch and donuts rather than just donuts. it's good this place is far from my home, otherwise i'd visit it so much more often.
