so happy that the dimsum place is now at il centro, just outside centro fitness. i ordered the steamed chicken with chinese chorizo and mushroom rice bowl for myself, and shared the baked bbq pork buns with the fam.

the rice bowl was not too heavy a meal, which makes a great post-workout meal. the chicken was cooked perfectly, and had a clean and slightly sweet taste (mostly from the sauce that the server will pour in your rice bowl just before serving). the chinese chorizo brings more flavor to the dish, and the shiitake mushrooms add a pleasant texture. i only wish there were more of it.

the bbq pork bun had a tasty filling and a soft bun, with a slightly sweet tasting crust on top. it was so good we requested a second serving of it...and a third serving to go!

good side:
price, food (taste and servings) and service
bad side:
they have a very limited space. tables and seats are crowded.

p.s. i love your pork dumplings and your cold milk jelly :)

we were craving for some chinese food. viola! chinese restaurant near our place. as we got our table, they immediately gave us water and the menu (of course!) since i ate with my family (4 members), our orders were good for sharing. dimsum means hakaw and chicken feet!!! love their hakaw. it looks that it has 3 pieces of shrimp inside. so yummy!! for my sauce, always with spicy oil! for our other orders, we had pork bun, steamed vermicelli rice roll with shrimp, spicy chicken, wanton noodle and lumpia shanghai. i also love their pork bun. it was perfect combination with its pork inside. egg noodle was bland and tasted like instant noodles :/ for our ulam, lumpia shanghai was served earlier than spicy chicken wings so we needed to follow up. i love the spice of chicken wings and the sauce of lumpiang shanghai. we don't usually order drinks. all in all, it was a good dine naman. i will be back for cravings soon! :)

one of the best lumpiang shanghai and pork asado that we’ve tasted so far. the smell and taste reminds me of the dishes we’ve tried during our travel outside the country- the hungry morena recommended! definitely a must try and affordable! you’ll never be disappointed i promise.

the hungry morena rating: 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐨𝐠 𝐋𝐮𝐬𝐨𝐠 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

place and food is surprisingly good. just that staff is a bit rude and food is fully pack of msg. (sensitive to msg right here💪)
their dimsum is tasty. i like the hakaw but i prefer it on other restaurant.
ambience is also nice, but very inconvenient chair but tolerable.
their spare ribs is not good. maybe i expected a lot more because it's a chinese food?

overall experience is okay, but please slow down on putting msg. 😑 and be a little friendly to customers😄

the beef chunks on the noodles were tough. most of the food we tried were too salty. the pork bun was somehow ok. tim ho wan- ish. the prices were reasonable and the servings were satisfying. the place was simple and service was ok, nothing commendable.

my father had been craving for chinese food since last week so when my sister came home we looked for chinese restos near the mall where we usually watch movies. i saw the dimsum place on zomato and thought we should give it a try. we ordered shrimp fried rice, hakaw, siomai, beef with mushroom and oyster sauce, sweet and sour pork, salted egg spareribs, corn soup and lumpia. i thought the beef with mushrooms were super good and the sweet and sour pork was delish although the meat was a little tough. the rice was the best because it had a lot of shrimp!!! they didn't skimp on the ingredients at all. will definitely be back here :)

dimsum was okay. good enough. i get the concept, and i like it. simple rice meals and noodles for your dimsum cravings without the fuzz of a full-scale chinese resto, very tim ho wan. and for a friendlier budget, they would have had an ace up there sleeve. not as good in taste, but at a lower price point, defintely acceptable. however, service can be improved.  our food didn't come at the same time, which means some were done eating by the time another dish comes in.

i haven't been in sta. lucia for a loooong time since other malls sprouted in marcos highway, but this restaurant's actually a pleasant surprise! we ordered the beef brisket, crab dumplings, hakao dumplings, crab and corn soup, and fried mantou. we were two hungry people. haha. but this was more than enough, we had to take some to-go! i especially liked the crab and corn soup which was comforting and not too salty. price-wise, it's within budget! nooot bad especially since other chinese restaurants within the area are quite expensive. i'll go back here to try the other dishes, for sure.

authentic chinese dish with a fine presentation. also affordable and wide choices from dimsums range, rice meals, noodles and deserts. i highly recommend sea king roll, steamed beef tendon, hakaw, siopao, lumpiang shanghai. food preperation may take a while but worth the wait.
