this place is very nice ambience.. only issue theserviceit feels like sitting in garden no one looks bothered if we occupy table.. rest chocolate bomb is worth a try!! also dont understand how they are charging gst at 18%..

the dishes by themselves are good, but the poor and i mean extremely poor service, the waiters have no idea what are the contents or even basic understanding of the dishes being served. they don't know how to used the credit card machine, or that bills can be split. the food os the only thing that was good, but theservicespoiled the experience

newly opened place in town not worth a try not so friendly staff or i may say not interested staff they were just interested in watching tv have to call serval times forserviceand food we ordered chocolate sandwich and it was just raw whole brown bread with chocolate spread in it and there was some issue with chocolate it did not tasted right

all items are made with chocolate... place ambience &servicewas good.... food was good... had milkshake shots & chocolate garlic bread... milkshake & shots are good... garlic bread was okey... many more items was available in fast food but being honest not everything is you're gonna like with sweet taste so you can go for one time experience...

food is good. we ordered the fondue and liked it.serviceis horrible. really is a sucks. we got our fondue 30 minutes post ordering and spoons after 5 minutes of asking. spoons. the most primitive instrument of any food junction.

aurangabad is finally modernising with many new and up-to-date restaurants and cafes opening in the city. the chocolate room is one such famous franchise to step foot in the city.

located on the ground floor of the newly opened one hotel on jalna road, the cafe is not difficult to miss. it has a great welcoming ambience to it and has funky interiors which you see at all their franchises. the menu is vast with many pastas, pizzas, sandwiches and a variety of desserts ranging from waffles, pancakes, sundaes, milkshakes and even fondues. we ordered the waffle freakshake, strawberry pancakes and the sizzling brownie. all three of the dishes were pleasing to look at and the colours were eye catching. they all tasted quite well and splashed a sweet flavour on our taste buds.

tcr is growing all around and the cafe is pocket friendly as well. the staff was courteous but theservicewas a tad bit on the slower side. but nonetheless, it was great to see such famous cafes opening in aurangabad. will definitely visit again soon. cheers :)

ambience and interiors were beautiful.servicewas slow even though place was almost empty. presentation of the food was below par. we enjoyed the taste of the cheese steak burger and death by chocolate pancakes but presentation of the dishes needs much improvement. the ice cream on top of the pancakes had mostly melted and chocolate sauce had spread all over the plate by the time it reached our table. garlic cheese toast was completely cold. please improve yourservicebecause your menu looks delightful and the interiors are very beautiful.

in menu card the rates are not applicable at cash counter they say that the gst is applicable on it.....please dont go there it is waste of time as well as money

taste is really good. there's a huge variety in the menu. plus, it's a unique one. not repetitive at all.serviceis great. interiors are great. location is excellent. ideal for all types of gatherings. but, they don't have paytm which is a very stupid thing to do.

great ambience with some good taste of music.serviceis better than elsewhere. i had cheesy garlic bread and waffle wonder. best garlic breads ever tasted. waffle wonder was also nice. looking forward to visit again and taste other food items from the menu. you can come here and work on your laptop for hours, and you just need to order some things from the menu.
