a world class chocolate café chain with a distinguished track record and expertise in the bistro and café segment.
absolutely amazing and a must visit place for all the chocolate lovers around. indoor, outdoor as well as rooftop seating available. along with all the chocolate dishes, variety of options available in italian snacks too.
i ordered a chocolate sizzler for desert which had a burnt smell and taste. they spontaneously verified it and gave me an option to choose any other desert instead of it. the staff is too good and courteous. theserviceis astounding. good music and a lot of good vibes due to ambience and location. the prices totally go hand in hand with the quality and quantity. overall an bewildering place to visit.

amazing place to spend your evening.. quality food, good service, menu is made limited due to covid-19 but the place is enjoyable with live screening of ipl. taste 4/5, ambiance 4/5,service3/5.

first thing you notice is the ambience!
5/5 for ambience, taste, presentation & cleanliness!!!
2/5 for background music andservice:-(

music is not relevant or upbeat; servicing is a sorry state of matter & not done attentively !
but what a menu - this place is for those who worship chocolate 🍫!
the items on the menu card are not just a show of variety but they actually have tailored recipes in detail!
great place to have desserts with friends and/or family; but a word of caution for those who are with kids and those who are on diet :- children/ diet conscious people can’t finish the chocolate delicacies in one go!!!
they do overcharge but also over “chocolate” your dish 😋 ! plate just gets filled up with mouth watering chocolate.
worth a visit!!!

this place serves so many chocolaty things that you will droll over. i ordered toblerone shake which was amazing. i loved it. theserviceis quick.

their pastries are decent, snacks are below average, beverages are an exception. the decoration of a platter is nice while food quality lags behind.
the ambience is beautiful, although could have been more comfortable. worst thing about this place is its staff, won't understand the instructions, also theserviceis very slow. been here twice both the times had similar experience. tax would be charged equally on a 70 rupees vanilla wallnut roll and a 130 rupees paneer tandoori sandwich.

bad experience here for second time. poorservicequality. we asked for the bill and it came after 40 minutes. i strongly recommend not to visit this place.
