i have visited thisplacemany times and also have ordered from there. overall always satisfied. one point i noticed is online prices and real prices do have a difference in some items. they increase the price online and then give discount one thing to notice that here waffles are stick waffles and not regular waffles. this time i got very soggy waffles and with a very weird taste otherwise they are always good . kitkat , oreo , nutella are my favorite!
pastry here is truffle and other pastries tried before are good. sometimes they are a bit dry though.

first thing you notice is the ambience! 5/5 for ambience, taste, presentation & cleanliness!!! 2/5 for background music and service :-(
music is not relevant or upbeat; servicing is a sorry state of matter & not done attentively ! but what a menu - thisplaceis for those who worship chocolate 🍫! the items on the menu card are not just a show of variety but they actually have tailored recipes in detail! greatplaceto have desserts with friends and/or family; but a word of caution for those who are with kids and those who are on diet :- children/ diet conscious people can’t finish the chocolate delicacies in one go!!! they do overcharge but also over “chocolate” your dish 😋 ! plate just gets filled up with mouth watering chocolate. worth a visit!!!

i must say this is the bestplaceto full fill your sweet tooth craving . we have tried there hot chocolate, veg pizza , garlic bread and choco lava lava. food was really good , though i found theplacelittle expensive but you can give it a try for once .

this room was actually full of delicious chocolates and ice creams and pancakes and waffles and cakes and pastriess.thisplacehas a brilliant interior with perfect lightnings. thisplaceis slightly expensive according to the mall road there. their food was yummy and the staff was polite and friendly.😊

i am not sure if it's the same chocolate room or not which i visited in pune and mumbai... but the decor and offerings were pretty similar to my memory... being chocolate lover the dishes were very true to my expectations and i would recommend thisplaceto all chocolate lovers at the lovers place....

it's a cosyplacefor grabbing some light snacks and drinks/shakes with your buddies.. chocolate bomb tastes great especially the with the brownie and vanilla inside which melts instantly.. garlic bread is genuine with oreo shake.. martini is okay and not really great.. service is prompt and the location is right on the highway which is easily accessible.
overall.. i will recommend it as a cosy little delight to be.

theplaceis at a prime location. the preparations are nice. they sort of live up to their name. the brownies, the chocolates, the cakes are amazing. latte was sumptuous as well. overall a great experience.

i am disappointed today, it was goodplaceto be, they don't have hot coffee today so i asked for cold coffee- almond coffee, after 10min they said it's not available with us. after initial good opening don't know why these restaurants and cafes fail to maintain them.
